Very day on the morning of the 1 staff work the delivery’s never have all the products or need to wait for 10 to 15 minutes to collect I never have the food. And very bad customer service service

I just had an Avacado and chicken sandwich. I haven't had one from Pret in a few year's. Shame, it was more like a lettuce and mayonnaise sandwich with chicken and Avacado flavouring. Sort it out! Absolutely terrible, scrimping on expensive ingredients but still happy to charge premium prices. I won't be coming back.
