Went in to get a quick drink and bite to eat after a long walk. The person who served was extremely polite and asked how my day was going with a smile. As I had ordered a croissant, a fresh batch had been bought out so he gave that to me along with my drink.

Clearly understaff. Only 2 people on tills for at least 20 customers. Coffee takes nearly 10 minutes to make. Not really a Quick service place anymore. Team clearly under stress, no smile and a lot of shouting to customer to queue on 2 opposite side of the counter. Customer confused by the people waiting for coffees... read full comment
