We've being to this pizza shop tonite with 2 kids. Service was terrible. We order 2 pizza + Garlic bread. One pizza came on the table but the other part of the order hasn't arrived till half an hour. The young lady in hijab behind the counter was using the landline talking to friend for more than 20 mins as me and 2 other customer was standing in front of the counter. She kept ignoring us. As I started to talk to her after waiting a while she told me I'm on the phone with my manager but I can hear she's been having a chitchat. I said I can see u r on the phone either manager or anyone else u should serve us. But she's been so rude to me and other customers were waiting to be served.I still can't believe this terrible customer service happening in a famous Pizza Hut. Shame on this rude and unprofessional lady ( called herself manager ). I told her I'm gonna leave a review to let the manager knows about ur service!!! She gave me a funny face in front of my kids !!! In Such a rude way then left.

Came here for the buffet. I was disappointed with the hot food selection. I have been to other Pizza Hut buffet and they seemed more in variety. For example they have beef and spicy pork. At this branch it was either vegetarian or chicken base pizza.The pasta dishes were not good and over cooked in my opinion.The staff are friendly and efficient I find given it is busy and the atmosphere is just right for a Pizza Hut in the middle of a busy street.

Food is excellent, prices pretty high, tables are small and on Xmas period you'll have to wait to be seated and wait to be served.

Worst experience at a Pizza Hut restaurant. The toilets were filthy, the food took ages to come. The salad bar was very unhygienic with meat and vegetarian salads all mixed up. The staff were not attentive at all.

Food was just yuck. The salsa and nacho cheese was sweet?? Same with the pizza, the only good part of this meal. Very limited drink choices. Dirty floors, and the salad bar had foods all mixed together. Mozzarella sticks not even melted and gross as well. Not looking forward to desert.

All the bits where we served ourselves were the best as it was prompt.... The waiting time was to long for our pizza, I had had 2 bowls of salad and 2 drinks before our pizzas arrived..

Loud music. Bad food thats not cooked well enough. Staff need to stop letting people in constantly because it means people who were sitting are neglected.Soggy pizza. We want our money back

Typical Pizza Hut, so three stars as nothing good or bad to say about it in general. It was less crowded than other places on a Tuesday evening, so would be a good choice. It's located in a basement down a lot of steps so not suitable for anyone with mobility problems. They're may be a lift, but it wasn't obvious.As to the Pizza Hut chain, food is generally good and there are new and very welcome vegan options. This branch is no exception.Vegetarian options: Always vegetarian friendly, they now has vegan options as standard too.

Came here for my toddlers birthday meal and they were extremely accommodating to the fact we had a big group and 2 prams. If you are visiting here during winter wonderland being at Hydepark expect it to be slightly busier than usual as they get alot of buisness ! Food was great as always and the bottomless soda and bottomless salad gives you hell of a good value for your moneyVegetarian options: Good veggie options

The guy who served us (just a guess) wasn't speaking English as a first language.But this Guy was amazing, so friendly and chatty.. Even saved us a few pound on a deal. Honestly, he made our visit.

Very ambient, once you get the feel for it. 3 floors down Underground Pizza Hut. Bin there for years, Menu style has changed, more eat in now, not so much take away now.
