I visit the jazz club regularly since I have membership. I enjoy being able to see my favourite smooth jazz artists in London for a reasonable price and less expensive than Ronnie Scott's.

We were served by Vensa and she was just amazing. She really made us feel at home with small, but genuinely thoughtful suggestion and gestures - e.g. we were sitting by the window and the sun was shining in quite bright, Vensa offered us to first move to a different table or to secondly, move the actual table a few inches out of the direct sun.
Vensa was chatty and friendly, without being overbearing and too much. I could see that she was giving each table she was serving the service they required, meaning chatting with my table, but not to a table of people who appeared to be having a business lunch and in doing so would be intrusive or a nuisance to them.
Our food was fantastic! The dough balls were light, fluffy and piping hot out of the oven with delicious garlic butter. These were served by the manager on duty, who made a little joke, 3 people and 3 portions of dough balls and that he didn't need to ask who ordered what - needless to say we were howling and laughing. Our pizzas, BBQ burnt ends and the Meatball Italiano were superb and cooked to perfection, massive Kudos to the kitchen team on shift this day as they were top class!

It's Pizza Express. You know what you're gonna get. Good food, quick service and they take Tesco vouchers.

Had a great meal at Pizza Express on Dean Street. The food was exactly what I was craving?delicious, fresh, and cooked just right. But what really stood out was the service from Nihal. He was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. It?s rare to come across someone who genuinely seems to enjoy what they do, but Nihal absolutely did.
If you?re in Soho and want good pizza with great service, this is the place. Will definitely be back!
