I was here on Wednesday. It was around noon and surprisingly quiet. I was asked if I needed assistance right away and the man brought me straight over to the display of charms I was asking about. He was helpful, informative and friendly. Lovely selection of London charms

I?ve been to dozens of Pandora stores around the world as I collect charms from my travels. The associate who helped me was kind and thoughtful and I debated which charms to purchase for my bracelet and the bracelet I?m starting for my daughter. Her customer service was quick yet not rushed, and entirely pleasant.

I visited The Marble Arch Branch and met one of the best customer service rep by the name of Zinat.
It was her manner of approach, willingness to go the extra mile for her customers and I made this observation from the time I entered the store.
Zinat is a great asset to your company.

Popped into store today to seek help regarding a problem I had with some earrings I had purchased from a different store last year. Greta couldn?t have been more helpful. Very rude treatment from Pandora?s supervisor tonight. I was excited to get myself a little present for my birthday and walked in a bit last minute I might admit, but there was still people in the shop. I enquired for 3 bracelets, one of them didn?t had my size, I asked the supervisor (brown straight hair) how can I get the size and she replied with bad manners, instead of letting me know I can get in online she said ?we just don?t have it, we don?t have it in stock? with unnecessary hand gestures and a very rude and uninviting demeanor. It totally ruined my shopping experience. I almost didn?t purchase anything at all and I would have left if it wasn?t because the bracelet were actually beautiful.

Over the weekend we popped into Pandora and had the loveliest experience thanks to the beautiful Fadime that made our prolonged and indecisive hour long shopping experience so much more magical and enjoyable. Such a lovely girl and very personal. We didn?t feel the slightest bit rushed with the enormous queue behind us. Pandora make sure you look after her! We Need more people like this in the retail industry.

Went in to have a look for a gift for someone and was asked what I was looking for and said I wasn't sure and just wanted to have a look at various bracelets, rings and necklaces. But the staff told me no I cloudnt look around and was asked to leave. I work in customer service so I don't usually like to complain (only about customers) but as a customer it was just a let down, was really looking forward to being there.

There was a wonderful young lady called Silla who I had a lovely conviction with and went the extra mile to make my Xmas gift for my younger sister exstremly special and I would love to thank her for her customer service skills
