Small location. Obviously gets veryyy busy on weekends.
Staff is trained to upsell and sometimes a little too persistent on doing so even when a customer clearly doesn?t want to.
We managed to find what we needed really quickly.
Security guard was nicer than those from other stores on Oxford Street, which is appreciated.

I visited the shop with my husband and my daughter today and the staff couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. A special shout-out to the Manager Asim and the lovely lady Aline who made the process of choosing what I wanted to the end as seamless and enjoyable as possible! Thank you again!

Nina and Leanna served me today in Pandora Oxford Circus and they were amazing, I would even say it?s the best customer service I?ve ever received. It was a busy day and both members of staff took the time out to talk to me and help me find what I was looking for. I would definitely come back to this store purely based on how well I was treated today. They were both very kind and very patient and genuinely the sweetest souls!
