My favorite Oxfam so far in the city. Its got a great selection of nice brands and books. The shop itself is lovely with skylights. Nice staff

The store is much bigger than it looks from the outside. It's a great place to discover books and clothes. The prices are reasonable, usually a book costs 3,50 pounds. I found some very good books, a Tan Twan Eng, a Lucinda Riley, and Zafón.The staff is very kind and helpful, it was a nice experience visiting here.

Excellent selection of second hand books in this Oxfam charity bookshop in Marylebone, near Waitrose - and the nearby La Fromagerie ( the best cheeses in London ). Buy quickly, as they sell quickly. I had an issue many years ago - I telephoned and asked if I could donate a collection of Private Eye magazines ( which are valuable ), they said yes, I turned up and they refused them at first. Then , with bad grace, accepted them. I used to help in the Southfields Oxfam , do not treat people this way. Staff helpful after this. Donate your books to this good cause !

Big and cheap - perfect charity shop
June 2023 by Jordan Bell
Situated on Marylebone High Street near Waitrose, Has vintage clothes, bags, jewelry, books, vinyl, toiletries, washing up liquid and soap powder, toilet paper, handmade crafts, cards for birthdays etc, wrapping paper, toys, pots, ornaments, glass, pictures posters and paintings.Open from 10.00-18.00 Monday to Saturday, Sunday 11.00-17.00 also takes donations no electrical goods or furniture.Friendly helpful staff and volunteers.I find this Oxfam can be sometimes cheaper than Northern charity shops as they have regular discounts and sales on clothing and shoes. Including designer clothes.

I was flabbergasted at the outrageous prices in this shop, I thought charity stores were for people who can?t afford regular retail. There was a tatty suede top the price tag said £100.00!!! This has become a greed based business and has lost sight of its original purpose. Money for huge profits making it inaccessible to the less fortunate, as usual.

Nice shop but what with the prices? Why is clothing so expensive in this shop? I really would love to know the reasoning behind such high prices. It's not like clothes are new there!

Looks very small from the outside but it's actually quite a big shop! The clothing was expensive as a lot of the donations were designer brands, but the books, records and trinkets were all affordable and I got a few good bargains here with my husband! Staff were also very nice to us- thank you!

Insanely expensive for a charity shop. Whoever prices the vinyl has no idea what they are doing and does not understand that condition makes a massive difference to the price. The vinyl are either priced what they are worth, but better to go to an actual record shop if you are going to pay those prices. You will get guarantees with your purchase then. The other vinyl are overpriced, with some being priced at twice what they are worth.

Took a bag of nice clothes to donate around February , the guy by the tail was extremely rude. He asked us to drop it on the floor without even looking at us. We asked for their bags so we could take our own bag back, that guy just threw a bag to us ON THE FLOOR. We were so shocked but we were in the hurry, that guy should be trained properly to work at the tail. Definitely a terrible experience!
