Aufull experience, rude lady, yesterday purchased 2 pairs of shoes and in 1 pair that mixed up and put 1 pair from display , I came to exchange but no help , no excuse, not normal approach, very disappointed

I came into the shop this morning to buy a pair of shoes and had such a lovely experience. The young lady who helped me find my size was so efficient and attentive, and the girl at the till was extremely polite and kind, I believe she said her name was Ameena. I left feeling genuinely pleased with my purchase, and I?ll certainly be returning in the future.

If you?re looking for the definition of poor work ethic and unprofessional behavior, this store is your crash course. The cashier handling my purchase acted like acknowledging me was some heroic favor, while two other cashiers, who weren?t even part of my transaction kept butting in, with eye rolls and snide little remarks, like it was an open mic night.
Customer service?! They?ve redefined it!!
And product knowledge? Nonexistent.
Every question was met with ?I don?t know? or a blank stare. Honestly, it felt like they hired the first people who wandered past the store that morning and handed them name tags.
Vile behaviour from uneducated staff. Customer service so bad it almost feels like performance art.

I left this store feeling awful. I asked to try on a pair of shoes, a sales woman disappeared into an elevator and left for a very long time. When she finally returned, she brought me only one shoe to try on. What?!?! How is anyone supposed to decide whether to buy a *pair* of shoes if they are only given one shoe to try on?
Other customers were given both shoes to try on.
The fact that I was given only a single shoe to try on felt like the sales person thought I was going to steal a pair of shoes, and therefore she decided to give me only one shoe to try on. I?ve never stolen anything in my life. I left the store feeling awful.

This was one of the most disorganized, unmotivated, and incompetent teams I?ve ever encountered. Half the staff were standing around chatting, completely ignoring the long queue of customers waiting for assistance?either to check if their item was available in the right size or to pay.
Only one till was open despite the fact that more than ten people were in line behind me and a couple more in front of me. None of the staff?including the Woman at the till?made any effort to open another register or help move things along. I had to ask for another till to be opened, and when I did, the response was shockingly rude. The staff member rolled their eyes and didn?t even bother replying.
This place urgently needs better management, more efficient processes, and staff who actually care about customer service.

The attendants are confused all time, forget what size you?ve asked for, fight with you saying you asked for one thing when you asked for another, and it?s super inefficient and a waste of time. Try Schuh next door - much better, bigger collections too

Worst experience even when I asked for assistance with faulty sandals that were purchased less than yeah ago and worn handful of times due to them being summer shoes. Was told by tall guy who was not a manager but the highest responsible staff that it?s usual wear and tear. Upon me asking him if he thinks it?s normal we nowadays spend £100 for shoes for one season his answer was ?I guess yes?!
Absolutely no assistance to the customer in my eyes to try and arrange something with company they sell, no understanding. Will never be purchasing in OFFICE store again as if there is an issue they?re not on customer side unlike original seller would

Today, I was served by Naima who was extremely friendly, bubbly and polite as soon as I entered the shop. She helped me decide which shoes which were the best to buy for comfort, and I couldn?t be any happier with my purchase. Furthermore at the till I was greeted by Ami, who was super chatty, friendly and lovely.
Great service and staff.
