Very disappointing and suspicious experience at Office store.
We tried to buy shoes using the Klarna app, as the store clearly displayed signs saying Klarna payments in-store were available. When we got to the till and said we wanted to pay in 3 monthly instalments using Klarna, the staff ? a group of young girls ? had absolutely no idea how Klarna works. No one knew how to guide us or complete the purchase properly.
Eventually, my mum ended up paying with her regular bank card instead of the Klarna card ? simply because none of the staff knew what to do. Right after, we said we wanted to return the shoes and get our money back.
They didn?t explain anything clearly ? not how long the refund would take, not what to expect. On top of that, they rudely blamed my mum, saying she should have paid with the pink Klarna card ? even though she did try to. The truth is, the staff had no training, no knowledge, and gave zero assistance.
It honestly felt like they did this on purpose ? like they were deliberately trying to push us into paying the full amount immediately, instead of helping us use Klarna to split the payment. If that?s the case, it?s dishonest and manipulative.
Now we?re left waiting for a refund, with no idea when (or if) the money will come back, and we?re low on funds because of their mistake ? not ours.
Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Be very careful if you?re planning to use Klarna in-store at Office. It?s advertised, but no one there knows how it works ? and you might end up losing your money (even temporarily), just like we did.

I ordered shoes online and picked them up in this shop. When I later checked the shoes, they were not the size or colour I had paid for. I took them back to the shop. I had to wait almost 15 minutes to be told they did not have stock for the ones I'd ordered and the only option was to be refunded. I have wasted over an hour on travelling and waiting around.

I paid £100 for a pair of shoes even though the price sticker said £90. While the shop assistant went to get the box, she returned without the price label. No label, higher price ? apparently that?s how it works. Not recommended.

Absolutely diabolical service. Never place an order to be delivered to the store. You're completely lied to. Jay, the manager, has been absolutely unhelpful, extremely rude. Shouldn't be doing this as a job or will need retraining. This isn't the first bad review if you look at Google reviews. This is coming from 4.6 million views, director level . And as you can see, I'm not happy. To be continued.

This review is for the lovely girl at reception payments station on top floor (yesterday 20th Oct around 7pm seated on the right side)
I bought my nice pair of shoes on the grant floor, helped by the 2 guys working up and down all day long and still helping everyone, while she was visibly ?tired? for the hard work of sitting down and clicking the cash machine, not even able to slightly smile at customers or say ?thanks Bye? .
(But a Kind manager offering us also a little discount)

Really unhappy looking staff. No level of personable customer service. One of the guys just shouted over me to who was assisting me to talk about me! Honestly, the rudest retail experience I have had for a while! It?s very sad, because I used to work in the Kings Road branch and Harvey Nichols concessions and I would?ve been fired for the lack of awareness of making a shop a nice place to be. I was potentially going to buy 2 pairs of shoes and decided to leave them.

Terrible customer service. The staff members absolutely don't care about you, they don't check if the size is good, you have to ask several times to obtain a pair of shoes and they can't help with sizing as they don't have anything to measure your foot.

Really rude manager, selling used pairs as 'brand new' and refusing to give any sort of discount for them. I have my own sneaker company, and any shoe that is even remotely used is sold for atleast 25% discount, the fact this rude lady refused to even offer any says a lot. I'd advise anyone buying shoes here to make sure you're in fact buying a brand new pair and not getting ripped off.
