Came in to look for trainers yesterday for my birthday. Despite being really busy all the staff kept the shop clean and I didn?t have to wait long for someone to help me find my size. Erika was very patient, managed to help me and another customer at the same time, she took the time to chat and help me decide between two pairs of trainers and two different sizes. She was really helpful and explained the benefits of becoming a member of Nike as I didn?t know about it, when she mentioned it gave discounts for birthdays I asked if I joined on the day would I be able to get the discount on the same day, she went out of her way to find out for me. She was really friendly and had excellent customer service, made the experience enjoyable and I absolutely love my new dunks!

I went in there today to try on some shoes and have a look around and was greeted by Adem. Straight off the bat, extremely friendly and engaging. He was helpful and kept good conversation. I couldn't have asked for a better customer experience and he is the perfect example of a Nike worker! I hope he gets promoted haha :)

I recently bought these shoes and I'm really disappointed. The quality is far below expectations?the material feels cheap and started wearing out after just a few uses. They?re also uncomfortable to wear for long periods. Definitely not worth the price. I wouldn?t recommend these to anyone.

Bought two items before Christmas as gifts with the intention that one would fit and I'd return the other. Come January I attempt to return to the shop and find it's closed and on researching online I find it's allegedly closed for 7 days so I can't make my return. I contact their support team to inquire on 23rd of Jan and am given no help. I decide to wait 2 weeks before trying to return again and am told it's still closed for 7 days so have been mislead and had my time wasted. My 60 day return period has now expired and this shops still isn't open. On speaking to customer support on the phone today I've simply been told that the shop hasn't been shut for 60 days so I get no help, without him factoring in that 30 of those days were in the Christmas period. A very unhelpful man and I'm severely disappointed.

My favourite brand is Nike, but the staff and the vibe inside the shop are catastrophic.
You go inside and you feel like you are in ghetto. Terrible DJ and music is disaster.
Went inside I felt like I?m in Pakistan. The staff were chatting each other don?t care at all for customers.
I left because clearly Nike was favouring certain people because of their color.
This is reverse racism.
I bought my Nike from other shop.

This is the best nike store to go to. They have a unique selection of items with great prices. It was very fun and quite a great experience to shop here. They have custom jerseys, hoodies, tees, hats and much more and the customer service was incredible!
