As written by other people, I wish I had read these reviews before spending my time, energy and money with them!A sales assistant got me into spending 12£ for a next day delivery for which I made sure I would receive an email confirmation + specifically asked them to put my phone number for the delivery. NEVER got a confirmation + my phone number wasn?t written in the order so obviously my parcel wasn?t delivered and I spent 12£ for a two days delivery to be actually collected by myself from the postal office.When called them to understand what happened the manager was extremely rude, did not listen to me and did not want to issue a refund because ?a service was provided on their end?.I would like to know which service?

I have spent a considerable amount of money in this shop and once again the Eastern European older lady with Blond hair and a crackly voice was rude and extremely unhelpful!! I will never visit this store again I will spend my money elsewhere! Do not visit this store!

Customers are such an intrusion aren't they? I went in and asked a simple question about my prescription. Instead of a straight answer or even an honest I don't know. I got a loud, guttural, monologue from the Eastern European regulation blond sales assistant with the strangulated voice. She launched into a tirade, had a go at me, telling me what to do and accusing me of having asked before. Heaven forbid a customer asks a question. How dare I?Any normal sales assistant, they would answer a customer in a sane and helpful way. Not bark at them and tell them what to do.Here's the rub, asking questions is allowed. I'm sorry if that's not the culture of Nelsons, or rather those it employs.The clear prejudice and manner was so sickening. I wouldn't trust a remedy from them. Who wants Homeopathic remedies, based on vibration medicine, to be dispensed by aggressive, lazy and rude people? Great vibes not. Maybe by driving customers away, they can focus on gossip and time wasting.
