Short wait for a fraud report, but when I got to Gerri she was fast, friendly and effocient. Then got on the fraud phone line as directed and my money was refunded. Excellent!!

Very Poor customer service. Asked if someone can come see to the queue of people waiting and advised NO one available. Then some one appears in 40 min and then apparently there are more people that can help but they are inside.

I just used the atm inside the Bank had 2 people taking self behind me and all the other machines were empty , no security , you shouldnt let people take pictures behind while someone is entering their pin inside the bank ,that absolutely crazy , not safe to use this bank Brach. can check cctv between 4pm to 4:15pm . Do not use this bank branch it's not safe

Find bank excellent staff nice and helpfull covid alert,why change from Visa to Mastercard when they are banned in India with American express oh well will have to see what happens ?????

Today Saturday 18th September I came to the branch to pay in the money. I am self employed and the short hours if openings DO NOT USUALLY ALLOW ME TO PAY IN THE MONEY DURING THE WEEK.When I came in ( around 11 am) there was only one machine working and noone in the tills to be able to take the pay in. The queue was 7 people's long. When I asked the staff lady about the other machines she just said they do not work ( no note on them neither).Then once I patentially waited to finally pay my money in she told me my fifty pounds not would not be accepted as there is a new one now. I asked to change it, she said they can not do it, as they have no access to tills.( Isn't the bank an actually place where you suppose to be able to change the money?!)I had to go out and make shopping in order to change the note of fifty pounds and came back before 1 pm to pay in the rest of the money...I literally was gobsmacked when this time all the machines were NOT WORKING!! When I asked the staff what's happened she said they are not working now and it is out of her control.What kind of answer is that?! You suppose to make sure you have enough qualified staff there to make sure paying in the money ( pretty simple staff) is facilitated with no failure.I felt like I was in the kindergarden talking to 5 year olds not banking professionals. is there actually a manager in this bank ??

The worst branch ever! Waiting time in the queue is unacceptable!!!!not enough staff at the counter, business customers blocking counters for hours. Joke! Joke! Joke!

Having been a NatWest business customer for over 10 years and visiting this branch on occasions I have always had an efficient, friendly, and even fun service from the team.However, on entering the branch today ? to pay a cheque in, the Manager Urszula Mostafa approached me, asking what I wanted ? not how can I help ? what I wanted. After explaining to pay a cheque in ? I do not trust the machines and like a stamped receipt afterwards - she tried to take my paying in book from me. Furthermore, she then told me she was about to close the cashiers, the cashier by the way had ushered me over with a warm smile prior to Urszula approaching me, albeit there was a customer in front of me whom I naturally let go ahead.When I offered to wait until the cashier desks would be open again, Urszula in a curt, direct, and rude manner told me ?over an hour wait? ?. And went onto tell me how she has not given breaks to her team working all morning (it is 1.30pm approx.) Surely that is about her management of her team, not really information a manager needs to share with their customer. After I quizzed her further on this wait, she then offered to pay my cheque in and stamp it herself. Which she eventually did. She could have just offered this service from the get-go. Instead, difficult, and frankly a jobs-worth attitude. After I said to her, she was rude and may I remind her I am a customer, she refused to back down, instead jobsworth turned to patronising.At this difficult time business and normal customers need their banks to offer a reassuring, pleasant and understanding service, which the customer would then give in return. I also appreciate the strains anyone working in stores, branches must be under with new restrictions and protocols in place. But ? and to use an overused 2020 term - we are in this together. I would think most NatWest customers would agree with me that they would like to think their bank is going through this with them.In short Urszula Mostafa is rude, patronising, and difficult. She shows the clear sign of a manager?s badge going to her head. I hope, she has some time off during the seasonal break, to reflect and learn the true meaning of customer service.

All I want to do is sort out why someone I have paid before does not appear on my beneficiaries list. And it will not allow me to reenter the name again.I have tried to explain this to the machine - which is a half wit.I then try to phone for help only to be led around the bush and told to hang on for ages.Have Nat West customers time got no value??? Why do we have to spend hours trying to sort out what can be done in one minute???It's unacceptable!!

Today it?s Saturday 11 on July, On internet shows it?s open, plan my day, lost half of Saturday.You have time to update as you not working full time, but looks like someone get wage for nothing.

There is an English cashier with glasses, I visited on 14/4/20, he gave me £20 short of what I requested to withdrawl. I have put forward a request for an investigation to take place. Noone from the branch has responded yet.
