(review is for takeaway only) Tried this location and I prefer the Berners one, the rice we got was only warm and filled barely half of the container, and the chicken breasts were burnt. Staff are friendly as always though!

Very quick and efficient service, food lovely and nice clean restaurant. Service delivered with a smile. Nice staff and seating arrangements. Great explanations of menu and availability of sauces etc, would return and recommend if you in Great Portland Street.

Loved the food! Tried to order from their online ordering page while sitting in the table, but it was just a bad and didn't work at all... But we really liked the food so we would come back! ?

Dinner for 4 people 02/17/2025
Nice and welcoming place, the only positive thing.
Food arrived cold, in my hamburger in addition to the cold fries there was frozen avocado, inside the sandwich which was already cold.
They don't clean tables once people have dined.
10 staff members who made me wonder what they were doing, the place was practically empty.
In the corner where you get sauces and drinks, there wasn't even cutlery and napkins which we had to ask for.
How can they work like this in a chain like Nando's.

The food was lovely, The best nandos I've ever eaten at. Would definitely come back here, nothing to complain about and the service was impeccable.

Worst nandos I've ever been to. And I've been to a lot!
No cuttlery, no plates, no serviettes and the food was burnt. The manager, Ramy, was not helpful at all. The best he could do was offer me a free dessert! Absolutely ridiculous!

Always a good time at Nandos! This branch is nice because its not incredibly busy or overall noisy so they had plenty of sauces etc. Service was friendly too. I forgot how good the chocolate cake is here too!

We stumbled in here on our first night in London, not knowing what to expect. But our waiter Dilli Raj explained how it works and it was a great experience. Delicious food, we had a platter for 2 with tender boneless chicken and four sides, including Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, fries and more.
We even got offered startes for free, because the food was about to take 20 minutes. That's really good service. Our waiter also explained all the different sauces and was very helpful in general. Definitely recommend eating here.
Prices are also pretty affordable especially for the good quality of the food.
