Like other restaurants in the Nando's chain, really good, juicy food at a reasonable price. In this case the service could perhaps have been improved and the atmosphere was not the most ideal, we had a table behind us with about 15 boys and girls between 16 and 19 years old, who had finished eating and were refilling a large bottle of Coca Cola that they were carrying with Coca Cola glasses from the refill, also adding vodka that they were carrying in another bottle. They didn't stop shouting, fighting, arguing, while they were drinking and no one from the staff did or said anything at all.
Dietary restrictions: If you report an allergy, they automatically take it into account.
Kid-friendliness: Children are accepted.

The food was great but it took over 25m to get served which is a little long for this type of establishment. Atmosphere is ok, friendly staff.

It's delicious to eat something a little quickly. The food is nothing out of this world but it is good. The prices are good for London.

After a long day of traveling and lots of debate about where to eat, we finally decided to choose nandos and it was a hearty filling meal that satisfied everyone at a good price point. Loved the hot sauce bar, mac and cheese is banging and the spiced rice is really good with the chicken and the hot sauce. Definitely recommend the sweet potato wedges they were some of the best I've had

Great experience our waiter JP was amazing he helped alot !!Food quality was good as well ? however does get quite hot in the restaurant as it is downstairs in basement.

I thought it was a bit expensive and the food was scarce.

Good price quality for being in London. You have several sauces to choose from and unlimited refill soft drinks.
On the other hand, the tables are very close together and the atmosphere with the room full is overwhelming.

We had to wait for 30 minutes when we could see some free tables (we ended up sitting at one of these after 30 minutes. We had to squeeze in a space just by the stairs, it was cold as the door is quite nearby and with people passing a few cm from you and your food. Apparently you must use the App to order but being underground, with no network available, we went to the tills just to be sent back to try at the table twiceuntiltheywere "kind enough" to takeour order. Food arrived within minutes. All chips were stale, Mac and cheese was cold. The chicken in my bun was quite thick and it was impossible to eat it with the bread. It had been a while since we went to a Nandos and by the experience it would be a while before we return to one. 5/10
