Spent £600 for a suit and another £70 for alterations. Turns out the alterations were off and asked me to pay again to, maybe, fix it.Unprofessional. Avoid.

I have just walked into the shop that had no customers - 4 members of staff - not one of them spoke or acknowledged me . One was on her phone , the other on the computer - did not even look up and the other 2 just standing there - that?s why the high street is dying . CUSTOMER SERVICE - that?s what they are paid to do.

Though my overall experience was not perfect, generosity and kindness make for great service.I dropped off my suit jacket to be tailoured, and though it was not altered by the day we had agreed, the staff played their part to take care of me. I am grateful for Jinali and Edita for their help in measuring me up, Dwani and Fahmida for their help with the delay, and Martin for his generosity in making up for the error. Thank you to the Moss Bros team in the east Oxford Street store for my beautiful, and now bespoke, jacket.

Terrible service. The staff either giggle and chat between themselves while they see you struggle to find sizes and do nothing to help. When you do ask for help they do the bare minimum and are not helpful at all.

Walked in and was shown no love what so ever...Despite that I came from the other branch on Oxford circus being told, what I was looking for this Oxford circus branch had.I explained I needed a simple bow tie, the employee said they don't have it, it's best I order online.I explained I was told the store has 5, he said sometimes the system says things we don't have.That was the end.I went to Holborn were I was greeted and helped they did not have the bowtie on the floor they checked the system found they had 2 in store. They went to the back and found me one.They also said Oxford circus had 5, where I had just come from.That Oxford circus store is lazy and quite pathetic. Thanks for wasting my time.

I purchased from Moss before but in Brent Cross branch and they were nice and helpful but this branch, no one helped me, no one asked me if I needed help. When I tried to look for someone to help they just look away and make themselves busy doing nothing so I went to another store to buy a 3 pieces suit. Not coming here anymore

There is not guest relation. No one is looking after the customer. I am helping myself to take the jackets and go to try alone, no one is checking is the size are correct or if I need assistance. Very very disappointed.I love the brand, the suits are very nice but very sad that one knows about guest relation.

I went in for a styling appointment for my wedding suit, and assumed I would have someone there to recommend what would work for me (e.g. based on time of the year/hair colour...). But the woman there was useless. I had to ask her all the questions about sizes, how the process works. I came away feeling quite dejected and more confused than before!

One star is too much for them. Booked my fiancé and his 5 groomsmen both a custom appointment and a hire appointment. They turned up at store and literally no one helped them. The woman who eventually ?helped? them was beyond rude, didn?t even measure them and didn?t listen to a single thing they wanted. Even ended up calling one of the groomsmen, in so many words, fat. She said that slim fit would be suitable for everyone, and I quote, ?apart from you, I?m concerned about you?. This is despicable service. They eventually tried on some jackets however weren?t able to try any shirts on because that?s not something you do apparently?? We booked appointments with the intention of buying a suit and hiring 5 suits however they ended up walking out extremely unsatisfied and just lost for words. We won?t be spending a penny in Moss now because of your service. An absolute shambles.
