Relatively bad visit. Took little time for 4 people but the food barely had any flavour and the chips were under salted. Too busy even for three floors and very busy toilets, it takes ten minutes to go in.

Ordered from this Macdonald's via just eat with a delivery scheduled for 1310, time is now 1429 and still no sign of my order. Unable to cancel order via just eat app as apparently it's been "being prepared" since 1255 with my courier "at the restaurant". Totally shocking service and I'm about £13 out of pocket as you can guarantee that it won't show up before I have to leave at 1600 #notlovinit

A horror, after sitting at a table waiting and having placed the order, they tell us that we have to vacate the table because they are going to close the plant and they send us to the basement, assuring that we would have room, we were five people and there was no room in the basement, before 9:00 p.m.

But they delivered me 2 with no pickle another one with pickle, i have allergies with pickles, i think they dont bother about customers allergies.

Fries we're cold not crispy and hardly any salt. The burgers were so salty they were barely edible, even my son who loves mcdonalds said the same thing. Wouldn't go to this one again.

25.08.2024 Busy! Not much seating for families. Generally clean, didn't use the loos. More seating in basement and upstairs.
Self service machines were a bit grubby ans needed cleaning. Also out of receipt roll.
