All McDonald's are the same? Not
Really. If the majority adhere to a standard in terms of service, hygiene and atmosphere, it stands out only for the speed of the service which is only done at the counter, the old-fashioned way.
This is the only positive point because the direct counterpart of this speed is found in a burger arranged like the Tower of Pisa and unmelted cheese.
For the rest it's worse, we're in the junk food industry, the temple of fat and we come there knowing it but on top of that, here, it's very dirty,
It is often said that you have to visit the toilets to know how clean an establishment is. My advice: go there afterwards otherwise it risks ruining your appetite.
Conclusion: Filthy ?restaurant? award 2025.

I can only speak in comparison to other McDonald's - because I think any comparison with other stores would be unfair.
Very poor quality compared to other McDonald's. Ice cream was cold (ok) but unfortunately so was the warm food. Really well topped / so you could eat it... I'll put it that way. It was a challenge.
Service was very overwhelmed and also took my order incorrectly. Yes.. Good. Next time I'll go 800 m further to another Mc D' ;-).
Vegetarian options: Well known, there are now also vegetarian things ;-) (map can be viewed online)

The service was great however. The hygiene standards are lapsing in most areas. The tables are all dirty and the toilets (which apparently were recently checked) are filthy. None of the locks in the toilets even work and it is a shared sink etc which means that it's not that safe to not have locks.

The workers were swearing at us (we are minors) and then they smacked the food on the table and spat in it because we were complaining about a sauce missing. Then they ripped our hair out and put it in the burgers. Then put rat poison in our drinks. When I went to the toilet I saw 2 employees making out and licking the toilet seat. Absolutely disgraceful. We said this was inappropriate behavior.

Probably one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been in. No organisation at all.
Food was cold.

Not much to say. It's a McDonald's. The standard is pretty much the same everywhere.
Affordable food and drink. I like the UK Exclusive burgers :)
My only concern is the dining area in the basement level. Those stairs can be steep for senior citizens.

Food was standard, mostly dirty seating. I left some shopping (completely my fault) when I was figuring out what to do as going back wasn?t an option McDonald?s website said to call the site which i attempted 7 times. How am i supposed to one retrieve my belongings that are now probably stolen and two even get in touch with someone who works there??

I didn't get the sauce I ordered. Nuggets in a dry snack - so-so pleasure. I ordered it yesterday
