We went to shop for school uniforms for my daughter and were served by Isabella working at the counter on lower ground floor at the Marble Arch store. Her customer service and professionalism was above and beyond. She was also warm and friendly and both my daughter and I had a great experience. Can the store management commend and pass our feedback to Isabella personally. What a breath of fresh air.
