The staff are absolutely lovely, however a bug bear i have with supermarkets including MandS is the dissapointing and lack of selection of vegan sandwhiches. I dont want to eat fake meat, please have some variety and some real whole food instead of processed crap.

I hate going to this M&S as the food isn?t fresh? sandwiches with today?s date, coleslaw and other food with tomorrow?s date. And they don?t even reduce anything, so there must be tons of food wastage at this store!. I?m not going to pay full price for food that expires in less than 7 hours.

Incredibly rude and aggressive Afro-Caribbean woman at the tills, more suited to working somewhere like Morrison?s than M&S. she couldn?t be ruder if she tried. Try learning some manners or get another job if you?re that miserable working for Marks and Spencer!

When I visited before 10 a.m., they had the famous pistachio cookies, but when I visited at 7 p.m., they were all gone. The fruits were sweet and delicious! It was an interesting experience because the milk tasted completely different from Korea.

One of the best supermarkets with ready-made food you can find in London
I've tried it several times and they have a lot of choice of ready-made dishes and salads with really good, good quality ingredients.

I go to M&S for specific products. This shop always stocks my favourite Salted Caramel Hazelnut Millionaire bar, this is one reason why I love coming here. But today that extra special thing happened. I was trying to scan my Sparks card, saved in the Wallet of my phone. It didn't work. Checkout assistant Berenice stopped by, suggested I use the Sparks card from my app. I couldn't get the password right. Berenice came back to check on my progress. When she saw I was struggling and eventually gave up, she, without me prompting, logged in as admin, and we typed in my card number together. This was a nice touch that doesn't happen every day. Many thanks Berenice.

Lack of quality and safety food control. Friday, I went to buy some food. I bought a grape. I put it in the fridge. Saturday morning, the grape was mouldy and inedible. Very disappointed. Shame on the big brand name. Avoid.
