This is my favorite Lloyds branch! The staff here are so friendly that just being here lifts my mood. They even shared some helpful tips and tricks about using the app. When they saw that I didn?t know my PIN code, they kindly asked if I needed help changing it to something more familiar and personal.

I arrived to Lloyds as it was opening, unfortunately there were no Cashiers available however, Kim was able to help me. She was super super helpful and patient with me, exactly what was needed while there was little staff and systems were running low. Thank you !!

One of the worst service spend more than 1 hour and in the last they told me they have to put me on the call so that they can verify and unblock my account worst bank and worst branch and people there are don't know what to do they just put you on the call from their branch to customer care so why the hell they tell to go to the branch where people don't even know what to do whoever is trying to open account please guys believe me there are much better banks in UK please use them switch you account from Lloyds

No cashiers available an hour before closing! Appalling customer service...and no I refuse to pay my cheque in via those machines. I have been a loyal customer of Lloyds Bank since I was 18 years old . I followed the lead from my parents who also banked with Lloyds. I have so far stuck with them because they have the most physical in person high street branches. However I hear that's about to change...some overpaid, greedy executive has decided they want to force people into online banking by cutting the number of branches to apparently 'Save Money' The amount of money saved is probably a drop in the ocean compared to the vast profits they make. However having physical real world high street banks are valuable as far as communities are concerned, and provide an invaluable service for those who are not connected online. Yes I could do online banking if I had to, however I refuse to play ball. I hate how multinational corporations are hollowing out society all in the name of efficiency and profit.
Customer Service no longer matters to banks. If Lloyds carries on as it is doing I will no longer be loyal to Lloyds Bank. Yes I know all the banks are as bad as each other, but I will open an account with whichever one gives the best offer and move onto the next when I find a better offer elsewhere. If Lloyds are not loyal to their customers then why should I be loyal to them.

Staff name Amanda is very rude
I had requested for a sum of my own money in 50 notes booked it early came in to collect only to be told I needed ID etc plus I had come from a long shift and she wanted to make me read the whole leaflet of scams etc understanding it's a safety but I ain't going to read word by word after a long day just to remove my own money also Ive done this before whenever I travelled but never had to go through so much with other staff neither have I seen her asking anyone else like this I feel she was judgemental and racial

I had to come into the 399 Oxford street Marble Arch branch today and I was seen by Eric on the knowledge box. Having previously been turned away from the Oxford Circus branch who told me to go home and do it myself via the internet, I was grateful for the time and help afforded to me today. Thank you Eric at Lloyds bank.

I just needed the cashier and the lady was very kind and informative. Unfortunately I didn't get his name. However, I noticed she was the only one in the cashier although there was space for much more but only three had desktop monitors. I went between 13-14h so the other person might be having lunch.

Not sure if they just cannot find staff or if it?s lack of resources to but EVERY SINGLE time I come in to this particular branch there is always only ONE cashier behind the desk with the waiting times being crazy as they never have the staff to be able to deal with the customer demand at the cashier - it?s HORRIBLE and needs to be fixed like how is there always one literally 1 person to deal with sometimes large transactions which means the wait time in the Que can be unnecessary long? DO BETTER

It?s really outrageous. One of the two money deposit machines is still broken. I went to deposit money at noon on Monday and had to queue for 20 minutes to start.

Yes the baxtercourt is good with servic.
Had mentioned that the rotchester in stoke newington does need more staff pluse a good manager . Will need for Tim Martin to look at said pub. For further reference.

Awful customer service. Rude and unprofessional staff. The two staff working the desks on the first floor on Saturday 5th October 2024 between 1100 and 1200 should be getting a disciplinary! Lazy and incompetent!

The cashiers were playing the phones and very rude to customers - they asked the customer to do it online or sit to do it themselves. This kind of stuff shouldn?t even be hired at the first place.
