Being rather fussy about my dental hygiene finding Fahima the hygienist has been a great experience. Fahima is extremely thorough and kind which is what anyone should want in their dental care. I highly recommend her!

I am confident that you will be very pleased if you choose them.This dental office offers a comfortable waiting room to enjoy espresso while waiting for your appointment. All the dentists and hygienists at this practice are highly skilled and follow a conservative approach to dentistry, essential for maintaining good dental health. They always prioritise their patients' well-being, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a dentist. Dr Ana and Elena, her nurse, are fantastic, and Fahima, the lovely hygienist, made me feel comfortable, relaxed, and very well looked after. The reception team is exceptional, always professional, super accommodating and friendly.

It is interesting to note how negative reviews quickly disappear. I posted a negative review about Ektor Grammatopoulos, with whom I had a very bad experience in April-May 2023 and, surprise surprise, it has been removed. I originally attended for an Invisalign consultation but Ektor strongly recommended lingual braces as a better option. I had to remove the lingual braces after only two days, due to major limitations in terms of speaking and chewing that, of course, he had only superficially mentioned prior to fitting the braces. He fractured one of my upper incisors during the fitting of the braces and did not accept any responsibility for that. The bit of crucial information he did not inform me of before proceeding, during the counselling session and subsequent orthodontic report is that the resin used to fit the braces would stick very tightly to the teeth and would be impossible to remove completely, after removal of the braces. He has left me with full thick squares of resin behind all my upper teeth that is harmful and has damaged the enamel. The resin could not be removed even with full dental hygiene in October 23. As soon as the braces were removed in April 23, he washed his hands off completely and I had to push to schedule a couple of sessions with him to try and remove the resin in May and June 23. He has no sense of duty of care to patients (and I am a doctor myself); he overcharges without any clinical justification. In my case, I spent £4000 and he only agreed to give back £2000 after months of raising a formal complaint, to avoid being sued. I hope this review will not be erased again as it is my genuine experience and feedback. I was hoping to improve my smile, all I got was stress, loss of money and permanent teeth damage.

I would like to share my positive experience with Ektor.I had my teeth straightened by him and the result is just beautiful. I really needed a lot of work because I had multiple issues. He looked after me extremely well, giving me all information about the treatment. He managed to give me excellent results. I am 100% satisfied with my teeth and cannot stop smiling! Ektor and the team are very professional. I am very happy with the results. Unlike orthodontists who don?t hesitate in removing teeth, Ektor tried to keep my teeth while delivering satisfactory results. I finished my treatment around a year ago and my teeth have felt comfortable after the treatment without any issues. They also offer follow-up appointment shortly after the treatment and a year after the treatment to check in, I feel well look after. Therefore, I highly recommend Ektor to those who are seeking their perfect smile.

Awful experience with Ektor. I originally attended an orthodontic consultation for invisalign, however, lingual braces were recommended by him as a better option and I trusted him. One essential bit of information that he does not discuss with patients, before getting consent to proceed to fit the braces, is that the composite resin used to bond the braces sticks very tightly to the teeth and will be impossible to remove completely after removal of the braces, without damaging the enamel. In my case, as soon as the braces were removed (and this was not lucrative anymore for him), he basically became totally disinterested and washed his hands off completely. I had to push to arrange a couple of appointments to try and remove the resin and still have not resolved. After two months, I still have composite resin behind all the teeth in the upper arch which is extremely uncomfortable. In my experience (and I am also a doctor), Ektor presents as a good actor but he is definitely unprofessional, does not understand the concept of duty of care to patients and is just interested in money. Besides, he overcharges without any real clinical justification. Do your research well before trusting him. I lost £4000 and got no improvement in my smile and teeth, only damage and stress.

I met Neal by chance at Boots and he went out of way to help me with a horrible toothache in my molar.Booking an appointment was so easyVisited the clinichad the tooth dressedHad a root canal recommendedEverything was clearly explained to me, from why the tooth was hurting, to why I needed a root canal.Cost of treatment was very clearly explained and reasonable by private clinic standardsAfter a painless experience the pain actually went away, putting me out of days of misery.11/10 would travel over 2 hours to this dentist again

Dr Ektor and his team are all brilliant.Veronica the recepcionist always has a smile on and is willing to help with any enquiries as well as give you nice conversation while you are in the waiting room.Elena is also amazing, very professional and kind and always giving me the goodies to look after my teeth in between appointments.I was referred to Dr. Ektor after I had a consultation with Dr. Cascarini due to TMJ issues and an underbite.Dr. Ektor made a very detailed treatment plan that was very helpful and easy to understand. I had palate expansion surgery and the idea was to have TMJ surgery but I was so pleased with my results after Dr. Ektor worked on my smile that I decided to not go through surgery.He adapted the treatment straight away and gave me the most beautiful smile! I can't stress enough how pleased I am with the results and with the care that Dr. Ektor and his team provided me with.

Prof. Chong was excellent and very pleasant. I had a root canal and I expected it to be very uncomfortable...but it was not. He talked me through each step and was considerate to give me "breaks" for my jaw to rest. It is pricy, but worth it!
