Pleasant discovery. Fast food but (what seems) healthier than the classic fast food chains. Price is certainly not expensive. I had the burger with fries and it was good. Lots of choice for vegetarian and vegan. Also nice for a quick snack such as hummus.

Stopped by for a beverage after spending almost 3 hours at the British Museum. Was looking for a refreshing beverage. Tried a clean green smoothie which had apples, kale and other ingredients. Hit the spot. Wasn't overly sweet but sweet enough.
Service was friendly and fast. Would definitely come back for another smoothie or I'd try the food next time.

Personally better food than others fast food and the stuff was so nice and kind, even if I dropped the burger by myself the lady offered me to have a new one for free, luckily was inside the package so no need but, it was so kind

A good place to eat GLUTEN FREE.
It is impressive that despite the little variety they have, practically everything is gluten-free.
Although it does not say that it can be 100% guaranteed that it is gluten-free (as in almost all places) but you can tell the workers.
What's more, they have GLUTEN FREE Nuggets. The chicken, the potatoes, the rice too, the only thing I didn't think to ask about was the hamburger since it is ordered through screens that tell you the allergens but it gives rise to talking to the workers when placing the order because they deliver it hr Almost immediately.
The truth is that the food is delicious, maybe not very hot but it's okay. Price too, it fills you up quite a bit.
And it must be taken into account that in my case the rice seemed steamed, a little bland and without salt.
What I like the most are the potatoes that they have and that they serve in a cardboard box. I highly recommend opening them as soon as possible or they will get soft but they are very good.
You can make a first course menu, potatoes and drinks, it is a fast food establishment but somewhat healthier than other chains.
If there is any special request on the menu, when placing the order, a message appears that we can tell the workers so that they can take special care.
I like it a lot and I will definitely return.

Ordered GFC chicken nuggets and korean chicken wrap. Sooo delicious! Service is fast and very spacious dining area and various seating option. We enjoyed our meals!

Staff are nice but every time I come here it?s super slow; it feels like front and back of house aren?t used to working at pace which feels surprising considering it?s a central London branch? Maybe I?m being harsh but that?s my experience thus far

Poor service although food was nice. Each one of us had an issue with our experience, all having ordered separately.1. You can't order the rice box as a meal at the till, you have to apparently use the touch screens. They instead applied a 15% discount at the till as a good will. However having asked for fries and eat in, the order didn't include fries and was done as take out.2. Ordered the Aioli box but received a green curry box instead. We weren't the only ones, we saw 2 other people also return food as they were given the wrong food. Not sure how matching the clearly labelled food to the right orders is a hard job.3. I waited around 15 minutes for my food. The rice box I ordered took forever to be made, then they ran out of cooked fries, so my food sat on the hot plate for ages whilst waiting for more fries. People that came in after me continued to get their food, with me waiting and waiting.The food itself was tasty and it's nice to have some healthier food than your standard "fast food" restaurants. The portions are okay, we felt satisfied, although would've liked the choice of a larger meal option. Korean mayo was very tasty too.

There were a lot of flies inside! It was cleaner to sit outside. Didn?t enjoy my experience there. The food was average.
