I went to Leon for the first time and I?m very disappointed I have not gone before, the Korean chicken wrap was to die for. The customer service made it more of an amazing experience, I was completely impressed with Melissa for her professionalism and customer service.

A very cramped Leon...and awfully busy in the mornings. I wouldn't advise coming here. EDIT..I tried at like 3pm too and it was soooo slow...like 10 customers all waiting whilst 1 person was making coffees and 4 staff panicking in the kitchen....even then not particularly quickly. Took far too long for a coffee...I repeat...DO NOT COME HERE!

I visited this branch this afternoon for my lunch. The person who served me was very polite. I like the food in this branch because it's always fresh and it tastes lovely.
The restaurant is always clean and I honestly think this is one of the best Leons in London.

I ordered a Smoky Paprika Chicken wrap yesterday around 12pm and I was standing at the counter - I could see the kitchen that a woman dropped my wrap then put it back on the tray. Another lady also saw that other woman dropped my wrap and put it back. If I hadn't told the cashier (black man) and gotten a new one, I would have eaten something dropped.
Disgusting! No regards for food safety and health. Never coming back again.

I visited the restaurant and it was extremly busy but the staff members ensured they served the customers with exceptional standard of service. It was my lunch break at 1pm and i received my food very quickly and it was all hot and tasty.

Awful food ordered 2x Halloumi wraps and leon fries with a latteHalloumi was dry and chewy, leon fries had been warmed up again and had the taste of rewarded fries latte tasted like cardboardWouldn't recommend

I've never been compelled to ever write a review before. I was very dissapointed at this particular Leon's seating arrangements. This branch has 3 small indoor crammed together seats in the corner, that's it - there is no space in between each seat, so you do often find yourself getting into people's personal space.On a freezing night, with all the seats competitvley filled, there was nowhere I could sit and eat my food (other than the spacious resturaunt floor). The layout of the store has space for atleast one or two more indoor seats - and if there's not, can you please find a way of atleast spacing them out, so people don't use them to put their bags on them? Just an idea...I know the big wigs at Leon (yes, you reading this) breeze through these comments and think they are just people 'complaining' or 'having a bad day' but at the end of the day, we are the people who love the food and would love even more to have it in this branch. We are the working people you are desperatley trying to reach.All being said, the staff were very nice in face of my awkward glares back and forth from the counter and the crammed together seats filled with seat competitive customers which I wasn't able to eat next to.
