The worker was really arrogant, she didn't care is we got our food. Got mad at us for asking were our food was and looked at us really nasty. Never comint back.

I will tell my story of things that happened to me at 128 KFC bakers street London on 2nd of December around 1:46 pm. A story of horror....no one says there are thieves roaming around inside the restaurant. I am still stranded in the UK as I write this, as I wait for replacement of my passport that was stolen with my bag in the restaurant. I am physically and mentally exhausted. I have tried all means I could to go back to where I came from with no success. A few minutes after the event, I asked for CCTV footage to try and see if I could find the thief. No one was willing to help. The lady working there said she saw a guy walking around inside the restaurant who appeared suspicious, but never made the customers aware. Another customer complained to the police that someone was trying to snatch her phone inside the same restaurant at the same moment. Mine was a very bad experience, I lost everything; clothes, laptop, chargers, passport, and important notebooks. I feel it is the responsibility of the business owner to ensure the inside space is safe. I know the streets of London are not safe, but I didn't expect the same inside KFC restaurant. I thought KFC was a big name, I don't know what it is anymore. Anyway, I hope I will get my travel documents soon as I cannot sustain myself for long here.

The place is always dirty. I?ve seen staff ?clean? and all they do is pick up rubbish from table without any sanitation or food mess or floors. The food is fine, although coke machine is often bad.

Dun understand the point of the survey, clearly stated in the email that the snack claim has 30days validity and there is a code given to prevent double claim. But the Staff insisted that I do the survey again and best part, they didn't use the code at all. From a good experience to a negative one, well done....
Would have given one star if not for the food.
KFC, pls sort out ur system and ur staff. Enough bad review to proof something wrong with the outlet.
