This KFC is notorious for pickpockets. They (usually two girls) come into the store and target people who have phones on the table. They put a paper over it and pretend they want you to read something and take your phone. Have told manager many times but continue to see the same girls lurking around.

The toilet smelled so bad I have to give 1 star for all. There is a sign in the bathroom saying it's cleaned regularly...impossible! What i smelled was years of build up. Vile, the manager needs sacking. Will never be coming back!! Invest in some bleach.

I have never in my 56 years visited such a poorly managed filthy store staffed by sniggering liars
This is not the high standard that one associates with the worlds best fried chicken shop.
Rude arrogant 1st staff person walked away from me at the till
I remain patient snd accept maybe he could be busy
Then an angry lady in a hijab shouts in broken English
?Go to the machine and order??
mocking me when I explained that I have a disability
I am also brown and can accept some people might not understand English. Frankly to be rudely shouted at snd then witness nose picking was seriously troubling
I attempted to order
Three pieces of chicken chips snd large beans
?Have a meal?. Shouted the rude lady
I felt Really as though this was a bad experience
No courtesy or welcome and zero basic customer service was shown to me
But I paid with my card
I have eaten kFC for 45 years!
Then she made up an order I was to find out of 4 pieces of chicken and grunted at me with resentment when I asked again for large beans
I have a slight visual disability
I can articulate myself in my first language to a good degree and I am conscious of what I say
We had a dispute about the order, the woman in the hijab shouted that I had ordered 4 pieces of chicken .
It was three that I ordered ,that would be more than enough to eat
Another staff member came over and we argued
He pointed and called me something in a foreign language
Frankly the way I was treated was sickening
I asked for a refund
I will never again feel comfortable to go to a KFC!

KFC has always been considered the best fast food chain.
We went to eat with the children and everything was very correct. Good service, and the place is clean, bathrooms included
