I don't think I've experienced more consistently thorough and genuine customer service than in this store. I came in with a bit of a fiddly problem that required a few visits and some extra research by the team. Had a very positive experience here when I visited to buy some 35mm film (remember that?). Was greeted at the door and pointed in the right direction, then served quickly and in a friendly way by one of the team on the counter. All done inside five minutes. Good work Jessops team!
