Staff were rude not helping at all asked three of them and none helped.
That was good cause I found what I?m looking for much cheaper in foot locker with good staff helping.

Had a great experience at JD on Bond Street today.
I was served by Arpri at the counter and this guy is an absolute legend. He went above and beyond to help me with my Air Forces and some tricky rope laces that needed a special way to be threaded. What really stood out was that he?d taken the time outside work to learn how to lace them properly by watching TikTok tutorials ? all so he could give customers the best service possible. He didn?t just hand me the shoes; he laced them up meticulously with real care. That kind of dedication is rare and made the whole experience memorable.
JD as a company should be proud to have people like Arpri on their team. Sometimes it feels like they hire based on appearances rather than true customer care, but Arpri showed what genuine service looks like. I hope management recognizes and values that kind of commitment.

Yesterday I was shopping in JD when I witnessed what I can only assume is the manager, humiliating one of his employees on the shop floor. As a professional and someone who has dealt with this type of misconduct from higher power, I was disgusted by the clear humiliation tactics that were being used in this store. The employee had clearly done something wrong at work, but that isn?t the point. Instead of pulling the employee aside as any reasonable and respectable manager would, the employee was being grilled out on the shop floor for everyone to see. Not only is this EXTREMELY unprofessional and bully like behaviour, but I found it very upsetting. I did keep looking at the young man, debating wether to say something but he went to the back and was clearly angry/upset. I hope whoever this poor boy is, he receives an apology for the way his manager/supervisor dealt with his concern. A good manager should NEVER approach this type of discussion in front of staff or members of the public. His fellow staff were staring and no one said a thing, probably due to fear and clearly a bad culture in the workplace. To the boy, I hope you aim to learn from your mistake whilst also receiving an apology for how you were treated at work this day. To the manager wearing the ?summer feelings? top, you should know better, your behaviour was inappropriate and you should be ashamed. I would like to hear this is dealt with. Misuse of power should NOT be tolerated in the workplace.

Shopping here is always nice and it?s actually cool to pick up one or few things here. They have one of the best collections of trainers and Air Jordans. You can always swing by here to pick up a few item and trust they?d have a great collection
