My visit was bothered by a worker who called her something. I imagine she was the manager because she was not in a work uniform. I went to the store on Tuesday, March 25, around 3:30 p.m., and there was a manager with Asian features and a white shirt who spoke badly and treated with contempt a boy worker with Indian features and curly hair. I hope it doesn't last long for the public because it made my visit quite uncomfortable and I had already paid otherwise I'll leave there without buying anything because of the girl...

Rude and inept staff. The lady on the tills at lunchtime probably shouldn't be working in a customer facing role. She couldn't figure out how to use a gift card so I was simply turned away, stating that she works there everyday? Crazy experience. Won't be going back.

Very poor service. Today I wanted to buy a pare of Hoka trainers and associate didn?t allow me to try on left one. She explained that if there is more than one customer they cannot give left one because people might steal it. So how can I buy it? I would rather buy it online and definitely not in JD.
I completely don?t recommend this store and would never ever come back again!!!

Official Complaint ? Wrong Shoe Size Sold & Terrible Service at JD Sports Oxford Circus
To whom it may concern,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the terrible experience we had at JD Sports Oxford Circus.
Yesterday, my son purchased a pair of shoes after trying them on in-store. However, to our great surprise, when we got back, we realized that the pair sold to him is not his size, even though he had carefully tried them on. Was this a mistake by the salesperson? Negligence? Poor customer service? Either way, it is completely unacceptable.
We are flying back to France today, which makes it impossible to return to the store in person. How can we get a refund or an exchange remotely? It is shocking that a store of your reputation would make such a basic mistake and fail to provide proper customer service.
Please respond as soon as possible to resolve this issue.

I have NEVER seen a shoe shop without a shoe measuring device- until now! Massive shop in the heart of London and has NO device to measure your accurate shoe size. Staff couldn?t be any less interested. This is the kind of ridiculous corporate cost cutting that results in pathetic customer experiences. I suggest you walk across the road to Adidas and you?ll get top notch customer service, staff who cares - and they?ll measure your actual shoe size.

One of the worst shopping experiences I?ve had. I came in to buy a jersey. Even though the store closes at 9pm, they tell me that they stop printing jersey names at 7pm and to come in the next day. Ok fine, my kid was really looking forward to this jersey so we come back the next day. At 6pm. The salesgirl now tells me that the machine is broken and to come back at 7pm. I ask her to confirm because yesterday I was informed they stop printing at 7. She calls someone and says 7 is fine.
Lo and behold we come back at 7 and now a new salesperson tells me they?re done printing for the day and that the machines were never broken.
Thank goodness for the manager who personally printed the shirt for us after we complained. He was great. The rest weren?t.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! JD SPORTS IS A SCAM!
I ordered 3 items, including a pair of Timberland boots I was super excited about. After waiting an ENTIRE WEEK with ZERO updates, I had to call their useless customer service myself, only to be told 24 HOURS LATER that the boots were sold out! Are you kidding me?! Why the hell was I able to order them in the first place?!
This is the SECOND TIME these clowns have pulled this stunt. They bait you with the best deals on high-demand items, knowing damn well they're OUT OF STOCK, just to trick you into buying other junk. It?s a sleazy, disgusting scam, and I?m done wasting my money on this trash company.
JD Sports, get your shit together! Stop lying to your customers and actually manage your stock like a real business. I wouldn?t recommend you to my worst enemy. NEVER AGAIN! ?

Staff are rude and asked us to leave 15 minutes before closing and would not give a straight answer as to why. Online and in the window it says they close at 9.

JD Sports demonstrated a complete lack of care and accountability in handling my order. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, they failed to inform me that my email address was incorrectly entered, provided no tracking information, and offered no meaningful support when the item was lost. Their customer service was dismissive, unhelpful, and ultimately failed to take responsibility for their errors. I will not shop with JD Sports again and cannot recommend them to others.
