Absolutely loved my visit to Itsu at Tottenham Court Road!
As a Spaniard living in the UK (and with a bit of Andalusian flair!), I can honestly say the whole experience was de categoría. The food? Super tasty ? fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully presented.
But what really made my day was the lovely team. The manager ELENA and Nico were both incredibly kind and welcoming ? made me feel right at home. Specially Elena who is a great person and I love her energy!
The vibe in the place is just brilliant. Relaxed, clean, and good energy all around.
I?ll be coming back every chance I get ? no doubt about it. ¡Encantado de la vida!

Would definitely skip it. Had a small chicken teriyaki meal, which was ultra hot and was definitely coming out of a microwave oven. Taste almost inexistent.

I was helped by Nicolas and he was very helpful polite. As I?m new to eating raw fish, and love salmon. He helped me choose the right dish, and made sure it was light before gym. Totally an amazing guy! 10/10

Love this branch and the healthy, warming food. Consistently lovely, attentive staff too, which make you feel very welcome in spite of the rush they inevitably face at lunchtimes. Particular shout-out to Nicholas who was especially kind and welcoming today & lifted my mood no end.

The staff at this Itsu branch are absolutely delightful, super sweet and helpful with what to order especially Nicolai who was absolutely sweet!
