Visited here before two weeks. Definitely one of the best sushi spots in London ? everything was super fresh and tasty. The restaurant is clean and well-kept. The guy with glasses working there was really friendly and lovely! Thank you?

Absolutely loved my visit to Itsu on Eastcastle Street. The place is spotless, the vibe is fresh and modern, and the food is consistently top-notch. Whether you're grabbing a quick bite or settling in for a healthier lunch, everything from the sushi to the hot dishes hits the mark. Special shoutout to Anna R for her outstanding attention to detail. She made sure everything was perfect, from the presentation of the food to the cleanliness of the space. Her friendly, professional attitude really stood out and added a personal touch to the whole experience. It?s clear the team, led by a kind and attentive manager, takes real pride in what they do. Highly recommend popping in if you?re nearby!

I visited Itsu Eastcastle with my partner and we had a great experience. We ordered the Sushi Festival, Salmon Sashimi, Salmon & Avocado Dragon Rolls, and Double Chicken Teriyaki with a poached egg.
Everything was fresh and well prepared. The salmon was notably fresh and flavourful, the rice was fluffy and well seasoned, and the avocado was perfectly ripe, soft and green without being mushy. The portions were generous and everything was nicely presented.
The staff were friendly and very helpful, especially with the self-ordering monitors. Our food was ready in under a minute, which was impressive. Overall, a quick, tasty and satisfying meal with great service. We?ll definitely return.
