Talk about yum! 1. I was walking down the street and came in because I saw a picture of their hot chocolate and am so glad I did. 2. They have different kinds of hot chocolate to choose from, which is great, but the best part is you can add chocolate whipped cream on top. 3. This hot chocolate is the best hot chocolate I've tasted. It was so rich and smooth, and the whipped cream was so perfectly light and chocolatey. 4. As for the store, they have so many different chocolate products, like they have a shelf of all of their bon bons. I left with a bag of different bite-sized chocolates to have a little tasting at home. My favorite is the raspberry panna cotta. 5. This spot is perfect for a hot chocolate break and for souvenirs.

The lady with the red hair needs to brighten up! Very obnoxious and condescending!
The chocolate can be as nice as you want, the visit left a bitter taste that will refrain me from buying from that establishment again.

Came here for coffee but they do not sell hot drinks here. The ice cream with chocolate sauce is nice. A bit unusual and melts quickly but quite refreshing and not overly sweet.

Very unpleasant visit.I was going to use my almost expired birthday discount on a £5.45 billionaire sundae, this birthday discount needs to be used on products above £5.01 so this just fit the bill. A middle-aged lady with glasses told me she couldn't use it on this sundae as it needed to be combined with the 20% VIP discount, which was less than £5. While we were considering other products, she rudely asked us to stand aside and queue up again.We were served by another shop assistant, we ended up with 2 ice-cream cones, but when we checked out, we didn't get the 20% discount that the shop assistant mentioned, we asked her about it, and she said that the birthday discount can't be used in conjunction with any other discounts. So the middle aged lady was misleading us.Service attitude and quality of ice-cream was extremely poor, will not be visiting again.
