I tried their 'Fried chicken burger with rosemary chips'. It tasted good. The staff are polite and prompt at service.
The seats feel congested, with customers bumping with each other as they walk by. But it's not a deal-breaker.

Smashed burger is usually what I order and if I'm really peckish I make it double - really like the filling that comes with this. Good pricing at this restaurant. Rosemary-salted fries may be salty for one's taste and the onion rings can be oilier than usual but it may depend by the chef cooking that day. By default, the burgers are cooked medium so it's a little pink but you can request if you want it medium well or something else.
This branch is generally good and the staff try to accommodate during busy times. Ideal for solo or groups dining in. Food can be ready in 15 minutes.

We ordered 4 different burgers. All super yummy! The chips were not as good though.
The onion rings, although not cheap, were out of this world! Must try!

Such a great experience! I tried their vegan burger and it was absolutely delicious ? flavorful, satisfying, and perfectly cooked. What really stood out were the fries ? crispy, golden, and seasoned with rosemary, which added a unique and tasty twist. Great vibes, great food ? I?ll definitely be back!

It was an amazing burger!! We saw the restaurant as we walked by and decided to turn around and have a burger. And wow what a burger. My daughter demolished her burger quicker than me, that's a sign of a decent burger. The taste is very fresh!! Perfect amount of Sauces and other ingredients in the burger. The rosemary salted fries are so different but it works fantastic. Next time in London we will return! I hate to say this but my only moan is £3.20 for a can of diet/ zero Coke. And the BBQ sauce with the tenders is more of a spicy sauce than a BBQ also the tenders are southern fried so slightly spicy too. Other than that it was a perfect visit with friendly welcoming staff, fantastic team! Well done guys

Slow and forgetful service.
Arrived at 10.20pm. Ordered at 10.30pm. Drink was brought over at 10.35pm?. Food was forgotten until 11.10pm and at that point the kitchen was closed.
I wasted half an hour waiting for food that never came. Once I managed to flag down a waiter, they offered to reopen the kitchen but it felt like more wasted time honestly.
However, the service is usually very good, have no idea what happened tonight.
