Very sad to see that not this store and neither the one in Egdware Road has a good stock of Bach Flowers but for the rescue remedy ones.
It will force people to buy more online on other shops and platforms.

I come here pretty often and every time I get very good service. Staff is polite, knowledgable and always helpful although they are very busy branch.
I have been to other branches on Oxford street or Totenham court road and I was pretty disappointed so good job Marble Arch team.

Same experience as another reviewer. Difficult to locate all the Faith in Nature products and no tester samples. Pointless to visit store in person.

Today i went there , and I buy from many items 2 piece which you will get the third one free ( As 3 for price for 2), but they didn?t tell me , I?m very disappointed as I?m regular customer , will not visit this branch again .

Horrible selection of their Faith and nature shampoo/ conditioner range ! The whole shampoo and conditioner line was very messy and you can?t find any matching sets and the variety of stock was very poor. Consider to stock up your sets properly.
