I feel really upset for being pushed to make charity donations at the cashier, i believe i've been asked for more than five times about this question.
If the company wants to do some charity, combine it with special charity items or include the money into the price, don't keep asking the customers at the cashier. I don't understand why only me is being asked about this question.
When i said i might need a bag, the young male staff asked me why don't donate but spent money on buying paper bags.
I think it's really inappropriate to push a foreigner customer to make donations when I'm not familiar with the local language When i still need a translator to write this complain message.

What a great shopping experience I had today in this store. First, the employee I asked questions about where to find the products I was looking for, he answered straight away and guided me to the shelves where I could find them (unfortunately I didn't ask his name). Then when I went to pay, I met Benat, who not only let me know I had promotions point to use on my favour, but only gave me a coupon with 20% off to use in today's shopping but also in upcoming ones, (until mid Jan.). Thank you very much Benat; You and your colleague made my day a bit easier!! All the best to you both and the whole team!

Not good customer service, stupid people, i was there to ask about manuka honey drops, they just sad , we don?t have, very rude, they are not there to help.

I was in this shop on 6th of September before 6 pm.
I was standing infront of the shelf trying to find a product when a very rude female member of stuff literally pushed herself infront of me pretending she didn't see me and continued to speak to her customer like I wasn't there. I stood there for good 2-3 minutes waiting for her to acknowledge the fact she is not only cutting me off but preventing me from chosing the product. She stood infront of me like nothing happened ( I was standing very close to the shelf, maybe 30 cm away so she was fully aware I was there).
Eventually she moved on the side and only when she noticed i am looking at her with a huge question mark on my face she mumbled in a very condesending way:" sorry darling".
Her attitudeinappropriate. I was shocked! When I came to the till to pay for my product ( I don't know why did i still buy it, I should really just leave) I have asked a ma?e member of staff if there's a manager on the side. He was very polite, so was the other guy also standing by the till. He informed me that a manager comes later on bit offered to call the supervisor.
To my shock and suprise the supervisor occurred to be a blond young girl who I wanted to complain about. I did say: no, I will not speak to her then. The girl looked at me so I did say to her : you ve been very rude earlier on you know?. She laughed and in a very disrespectful way said" ok, I am sorry for your experience" with a smerck on her face.
I said to her: why you're laughing, you think you're better then anybody elese? , she laughed again and answered with a spieful smile on her face: ok, I am sorry for your experience...
As a manager myself I can not understand how the manager of this shop can allow people to be so rude and disrespectful. I have no words...

Great experience in this store looking for hair vitamins, guy with the curly hair (name begins with S) was very very helpful and gave great advice regarding specific ingredients that I should be on the look out for
