Went to Maddox st bought stuffs and needed to be return after 1mints and staff said no cos there has no manager. And sent me somewhere else the I did and other store said something about kpi and didn?t want to do it either. But Hb is a chain I suppose to return it whichever the shop is, am I not right? Even there has no manager on shift someone must manage to get the refund to the customer. Yes there is a 30 days police but I don?t want to come back again. So why can?t they just return it on the same day ?!!! Well other store did half refund for me. Well since when Hb is doing something so complicated.

Extremely rude store staff. Stay away from this place and literally visit any other place. If H&B staff is looking happened on Saturday the 6th Jan 2024 around 6:30 PM. Both the females are responsible, all I asked was extremely politely about a supplement they had online if I can get here. They didn?t even allow me to check and so quick to send me away and felt so unwelcome.

Michaela and Barbara both gave the worst customer service! They both refused to give me a refund after my skin broke out as a result of their products even though customer service said I am entitled to one. After an hour of wasting my time and phone calls I had made to customer service, they finally gave me a refund. No apology was given and no accountability was taken for being wrong. After I told Michaela to read the website again on the returns policy as she was wrong, she laughed sarcastically stating ?I?ll read what I want?. The attitude, customer service and behaviour from this management team was absolutely disgusting to say the least. They need to be fired for their behaviour, actions and lack of training.The area manager will be informed of this complaint.

I went to buy vitamins on a rainy day. When I walked in about five steps, the staff looked very annoyed and said, "Put your umbrella here because the water dripped," and almost throwing the shopping basket on the floor. Get a proper umbrella arrangement next to the entrance!! And of course, they didnt even say hello.
