I had a complimentary personal styling appointment with Ms. Shruthi Nair. They accommodated me though I turned up an hour early. She helped me try different styles and gave honest feedback throughout the appointment. I did have good shopping day. Thank you

Came here to exchange an unworn cardigan that was too big for me. I was within my 28 day return window and found myself faced with a lady who refused to exchange or refund despite my having a receipt and the cardigan being in its original bag and tissue. She started to look for faults that didn?t exist in order to further refuse any help. She showed me their refund policy and said that it reads that the tags need to be on the merchandise, the notice she showed me did not say any such thing.
I left very annoyed and felt as though she just wasn?t interested in helping a longstanding customer and she just wanted to assert her authority over me. I?m totally off Hobbs now and will share my experience with all my female friends and network.

I usually don?t mind if staff don?t greet or assist me at a store, but my experience here was incredibly disappointing due to how rude the staff were. I was holding a jacket for barely five minutes while discussing with my friend whether to buy it, and a staff member interrupted to ask if she should put it back. This came across as pushy and unnecessary. I understand that sometimes stores can get busy and staff may need to manage accordingly, but this store wasn?t even crowded at the time!
Even at checkout, the experience only got worse. The staff?s expressions and attitude clearly showed they were unwilling to assist with my purchase or engage positively. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I don?t plan on returning to this store location ever again.

Thank you for ruining my day! I came to this store at around 18:00 on 30/11, one day just after Black Friday. My friend and I were excited about shopping for a whole day and looking for a dress which I will wear in a significant party next week. We really want to find a suitable dress here just like what this store looks like. It is elegant. However, everything changes in a moment. There is an old lady staff working in the ground floor, I don?t want to say she is a racist but the truth is that her attitude between me and other customers was absolutely different and unacceptable. Firstly, my friends just sat there (the shoes area) and waiting for me, while I was selecting some dresses. She said it?s better to sit in the fitting room because it?s safer. I accepted it and would like to regard it as a kind of kindness. But her attitude was so rude and it?s like an order?After that, I was trying 5 dresses for a while, and really confused about which one I should choose. So I just came out the fitting room and want to ask her help. I promise she noticed I was looking for her but she avoided any eye contacts. When I standing in front of the mirror, I definitely saw her impatient face. So even I initially thought that dress was not bad I could buy it, I completely don?t want to buy it anymore when I was treated like this. I?ve tidied up the clothes and hung them all on hangers. She saw me and asked what do you want to do? You don?t want to buy either of them? I just said ?Return?, she just replied ?just leave it to her thank you? WITH remaining poker face. Why did she do that to me? And what did I do wrong? Just because I didn?t buy any clothes in the store or just because I?m non-white? I saw how she friendly she was when she provided service to another young lady, and obviously that lady is white. This is incredible ridiculous. If any staff of your store are able to access this comment, please tell her, if she feels unhappy about her own life, that?s not my fault.
