The customer service in this branch is diabolical. They need to have a team meeting and work on their attitude as a collective. It was just BAD vibes in there. If you asked for assistance they look at you like you?ve just insulted them. I Couldn?t wait to get out.
& just to add to the horrific experience, during my return, mid transaction the lady just left the counter and didn?t return, I had to go and find her ?honestly shocking

If you want to shop amongst the chaos of daily tube commuters than this location is perfect but expect to be stuck in the entrance during rush hours.

Big store with lots of choice, 3± floors and collection available not as big as the Oxford circus store by the station. Staff were helpful and helped me with my enquiry. Only thing is when you collect it's not your local store no real options but a coue of stores.. was a bit far

Horrible customer service. The self check-out till wasn?t working this morning, my card was charged, but the till said the payment was declined. I asked for assistance, but the girl whom I asked to help was incredibly rude. She didn?t even try to solve my issue, and made no effort to listen to me

The best shopping-floor-cashier experience!
I was going to the self-checkout yet a very attentive and professional shopping-floor assistant gently requested me to go to her cashier so I could save time as the self-checkout had a long queue!
Not only that, Ella, the lady I am t referring to, helped me downloading the H&M app very patiently yet shared H&M rewards programme on donating clothes, which completely by chance I had clothes to donate on my bag.
Donated the clothes and was warded a cash Credit too.

Very slow customer service. Shopping 10-15 mins. Que for fitting: 30 mins, que for payments: another 30 mins. This will be my last resort if I will visit or buy items in Oxford Street. Unlike the H&M in Oxford Circus, very quick service. 1 star for this shop!

The service is shocking slow. Everyone in the queue was complaining. It took 10 minutes for the assistant to fold 4 items for one customer. The staff seem half asleep and not very focused on the job. They do everything in slow motion.
