I visited this brunch today at oxford street to do a return, I was served by this person, but is was 0 service he didn?t even try to help me 0%communication was just looking around staring around he didn?t even try to help. I don?t even know why they should hire someone with this skills.

Pratik and Lia - both of you have NO idea about how customer service works. You did not allow my friend, who was authorised by me to collect my parcel on my behalf (and had all requisite documents such as his ID and my ID) to collect my parcel for over half an hour.
I had to call customer service, send endless texts and what not just for you to give him my parcel in the end. You even hang up on the customer service lady who called the store.
In the end you didn?t have my parcel.
Both of you are utterly incompetent at your jobs. Maybe try a new career.

A very large door that consists of the women?s section on the ground floor and first floor with the men?s section being in the basement section. Wasn?t overly busy considering its location but strangely there is another mega store about the same size literally a minute walk away around the corner. Had a good selection of all the clothes we?ve seen online or in our local store up north and they were plenty of staff about to help which was good as my wife wanted a pair of jeans which weren?t in her size and the lady checked her computer and found the last pair for her in the store Which made her day

I?d leave 0 if I could, rude terrible staff. Rude throughout. They were back of the queue when any charm was handed out at birth

I had a very disappointing experience at your store today. After waiting in line at the till for over 30 minutes to return a faulty product, the trainee manager (an Indian male staff member) told us that the return could only be processed at the original store of purchase. We politely explained that we are traveling abroad the next day and urgently needed to resolve the issue today.
Despite our situation, he refused to help or escalate the matter, insisting that he was the highest authority available and would not call his superior. This attitude felt deliberately unhelpful and dismissive.
Later, around 6 PM, the actual store manager listened to our situation but unfortunately said it was too late to resolve it that day. This could have easily been handled if the trainer manager had made any effort to assist earlier.
I am extremely disappointed by the lack of empathy and unwillingness to provide basic customer service. We expected more from H&M. I sincerely hope your team addresses this and ensures such behavior is not repeated.
I didn?t get his name, but the store manager spoke with him directly ? so you will know who he is.

Nice store, with great sales section.. but the queues and service are too slow. The assistants takes long to fold clothes or call the next customer. I've never seen anything like it before.

2 staff in the men?s dept obviously don?t want to be there, zero customer service skills, stone face and when asked where the fitting rooms were replied with an attitude.

Me and my girlfriend went on a shopping trip to H&M, and it was a pretty solid experience. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a clean, well-organized store with trendy displays that made it easy to spot the latest collections. The layout of the store was spacious, and the clothes were clearly arranged by category, which made browsing quick and simple.
The variety of styles was impressive ? from casual basics like T-shirts and jeans to more fashion-forward pieces. I also found a great selection of accessories and shoes, which really helped round out my outfit choices. The prices were very reasonable, and I noticed a few items on sale, which was a nice bonus.
The quality of the clothes was generally good for the price, though some items felt a bit more delicate, which is something to keep in mind when buying. I did appreciate that there were eco-friendly options, and I found a few pieces from the Conscious collection, which made me feel good about my purchase.

I was expecting to find the H&M range of fragrances available to test/purchase in this store, but that wasn't the case. Staff ignored me at all costs when I tried to enquire about this, eventually redirecting me to the other nearby branch where it was a similar story.
