Depending on what you want, silver and silver plated jewellery are expensive and don't worth the money ( my opinion) . Gold jewellery is better ( of course, bigger price) . Anyway, it is still a good place to spend money.

I'd bought another version of the Casio Mudmaster a few years ago and saw they had its bigger brother in their sale.Tried it on and decided to buy, made the young lady laugh when she asked if I wanted an extended warranty in case anything went wrong?, my reply was that if anything did go wrong it wouldn't be living up to it advertising.Great service (I've always had good service whichever branch I been to), great prices, and I'm sure I'll be back.

Had a terrible experience here! Went in to choose wedding rings for me and my husband... chose the ones we like, got measured and they were ordered. When I collected and brought home I found mine was enormous! I went back, the ring was 5 sizes too big! When remeasured I was given a further 2 different measurements! They didn't have my size, had to order one close, so they could send for resizing. I waited another week for that, to be told it wasn't resized due to the stone in the ring. It turned out none of the men's rings are my size (O) yet I wasn't told that initially, plus the staff had no clue which rings can or cannot be resized! So I kept the ring , and wear on another finger, just so we have matching rings, as I couldn't face going through more trips to this shop. After 4 trips and 5 weeks I had enough to be honest. We are so disappointed with the whole experience

After getting my online order cancelled due to not having my size for a wedding ring, I came to the store to try on others. Wahaj helped me out and after still preferring the wedding ring I originally ordered, he helped me by suggesting to order the size up and then resize it. I then came in store a few days later (quick delivery!) to try the ring on, and realised that size actually fit me. Charlotte helped me on this day and was very patient and put through an engraving request for me.After having not much luck at other stores with the staff not being very knowledgeable or helpful, the staff here were so helpful and provided a much better experience! I can't wait to receive my finished ring.

Got ears pierced there - no private room, the mirror is too far away to use, not sanitary at all. He pierced my ears so wonkily that I had to pull the earring out the next day. You could see where he missed the drawn on dot, which I had to draw as he was unable to draw them symmetrically. Would like my money back

Arrived at the Oxford street H Samuels, exactly at 19.47pm, although website and store claim to close at 8pm, only to be told by the manager that they always close 15 minutes before 8pm. I was then advised by the manager to go to the Stratford branch, terrible, the store and company needs to provide customers with correct closing time, as like me, other people had rushed to the store after work. Won?t be buying here again.

Very rude and unhelpful stuff. You would think a place like this would have excellent costumer service as people go there to get their engament rings mostly. We tried to return a ring as the size was not good. However they found a scratch on a ring that has been on my finger only a couple of times to show (my partner has been told in advance that it is okay to even wear the ring and then return). We have been told very rudely that there is nothing that they can do. Then went back to another shop where the ring has been purchased and they solved the non existent problem and exchanged the ring. But still, definitely a way to ruin a very happy moment. Wouldn't suggest to anyone going here, especially to the Oxford Street shop
