I've had many jewelery bought and gifted to me over the years. The majority lasting a long time but recently facing a nightmare with a chain that has broken several times. Glad I got insurance and recommend you do as well! Staff are generally attentive and helpful. The Westfield E20 store is the one of the better branches.

Rude staff including supervisor
Me and my friends went to get ear piercing for one of my friend, as she is feeling bit nervous my friends were cheering her up but sales associate christina was so rude in answering and very impatient while serving us, as her supervisor was rude when we wanted to clear a doubt about first time user discount..then when we were finishing billing supervisor started murmuring about us to their staff?whole situation was very much rude and embarrassing for us as they were behaving like pure racists because they were fine when treating other customers but when it comes to us they were showing pure racism and acted like one
This is ridiculous to face this within some reputed organisation like H Samuel ??

Just purchased my 3rd watch in less than 6 weeks. I'm very pleased with all of them Saleem, Dilik and the sales team offer me very keen prices, plus I take advantage of the offers you send me, I will continue to shop at Oxford Circus, in the future. I'd like to pay a special mention to Zain who served me today and on previous occasions. Really positive and pleasant member of your team. Give him a pat on the back...

She didn't seem to want to serve me well as a customer I don't think I asked for much I just came, bought a watch and saw some accessories that might catch my eye, she suggested to buy some kind of insurance for my watch too because it was cheap and she could give me a discount and I didn't want to and she said are you sure? I was very sure and she replied that she wouldn't give me a discount if I didn't buy insurance then I said it was written there that there was a discount and she with an unhappy face looked there and checked the price then I saw some accessories she called me to pay using a card or cash, I hadn't even finished shopping and she already seemed to want to throw me out of the store she didn't even ask if I wanted the watch altered or not. She just look like not happy after I finish pay and go. So rude

I would like to share my disappointment regarding the service I received from a particular staff member?a very young lady?during my recent visit. Instead of assisting me with my purchase, she seemed intent on discouraging me from buying a necklace. I found her behavior unprofessional; she was giggling, making faces, and even told me that one of the gold pieces had darkened simply from being displayed in the store, which I found hard to believe. This experience left me feeling uncomfortable and undervalued as a customer. I hope the management will address this, as I otherwise enjoy the magazine and its offerings.

I had to return a ring that didn't fit properly and the sales assistant was so unnecessarily rude. She seemed unhappy when her colleague told her the ring was fine and could be returned and when I asked her to show me gold rings in my budget she just pointed me to the ring section and said look yourself. We ended up not repurchasing our engagement ring as I did not wanted associated with being treated poorly.

I recently visited in search of a wedding band, and I must express my deep disappointment with the service my wife and I received.
Upon entering the store, my wife and I expected a warm and welcoming environment, given the nature of the business. Unfortunately, our experience was quite the opposite. A male staff member completely ignored my wife as we browsed, making no effort to acknowledge her presence. Then, after waiting for a couple of minutes, a female staff member finally addressed us, but in an abrupt and dismissive manner, simply asking, ?What do you want?? rather than offering any professional or courteous assistance.
This lack of basic customer service and respect is unacceptable, especially in a business that thrives on meaningful and sentimental purchases such as wedding jewelry. A wedding band is a significant investment, both financially and emotionally, and customers deserve to be treated with attentiveness and courtesy.
Due to this experience, I would not recommend to others and will be taking my business elsewhere. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously and implements better training for their staff to ensure all customers are treated with the respect they deserve.

Went in to H Samuel's earlier today with my husband to look for a wedding band i asked colleagues having a chat for assistance they both ignored me as if i wasn't there and continued their conversation. Then 3 minutes later the lady turned around and said to me ?what do you want? i am appalled i have never experienced such bad customer service in my life!

I have been in the oxford street branch, the staff are amazing, Roxy the sale lady on the store was brilliant. She has got all the ideas, information, details about what they are selling. She is so helpful. Definitely going visit again.

Sue was so helpful and went out of her way to make sure my wedding band was perfect. Came back 5 days later to have it resized and saleem did it straight away. Great service
