I came to dinner with my friends, and my friend?s mobile phone was stolen. Kaya was very enthusiastic to help us deal with it and help us call the police. Thank all the clerks for their help. The food in the shop will also be delicious.

Although the store was so busy (I waited around 10/15 minutes to be served) and just a couple of staff working there, we could see their hard work and I specially want to mention Sinead who works there and she was wonderful. She served me with a nice smile and very polite which made my day. Keep up the good work ? ? ?

The food is cheap and good. Try to get their bakes as soon as they?re out of oven.
The shop is very understaffed and that stress can be seen in the shop from the employees. I?ve been regular in this particular branch for a while now. Staff members are trying hard to manage the situation, but not enough. Although one of their supervisors ?Mohmd? impressed by his outstanding costumer service and professionalism. He treats everyone so well mannered and with warm smile despite the stress. He?s such a friendly boy. Hope Greggs bring more such employees for their fast food retail environment.

We found the staff here to be very helpful, the lady there was very accommodating, i could not get on the stool and was cold outside so she set us up a little area to enjoy our food, we were very grateful after a lovely one visit to the hospital.

The screens that show the drinks menu spend most of their time advertising. I?m trying to pick which type of latte I want, stop showing me pizza boxes. Who thought this was a good idea, I held up the queue and I?m afraid to go back.

Under staffed. Waiting in a queue of 4 for 10 minute because the one member of staff that is on is doing Deliveroo orders.
Staff always miserable when previously visited and place looks like it was last cleaned the day it opened.
For the amount of location you have this is by far the worst. Maybe try adding a little money to the place as your such a big company specially when it is a central London site with so many people living within London and it take 10min to get one sausage roll.

Came into get to vegetable pasties. Served by an incompetent clown call Imad. No mannerisms. No please or thank you. Not even passing the pasties over just leaving it there and looking away.
Was this clown on day release. Didn't even eat the food. His disgraceful behaviour put me off the food.
Other staff were in the corner laughing amongst themselves.

Fantastic service at this Greggs! And i had the new orange hot chocolate which is so good. Unfortunately i dont remember the name of my server (the tallest one i assume ) but she was so good. 10/10 recommend
