It?s getting a friend to visit five guys every time we are in a big city and we love smash burgers and french fries. We also love the soda where we can select freely from what taste and we make it a soda party every time we are at the five guys.

Worst Five Guys I have ever been to. You can really feel the difference when it's run by people who clearly don't care.

Very disappointed on our side. We went there in view of the very good reviews shared but it was a (big) disappointment. The person who served us was very friendly and the room was clean but the burgers were ordinary... we may have missed something but there is no menu, everything is separate. There are 4 of us and we each took 4 burgers + fries + drinks and we got it for 75 pounds sterling!!! It is clear that the price/quality ratio is really not good.
Oh yes, if you take fries you have 3 quantities (small, medium and large), we took medium and we ended up with a huge bag of fries!!! I advise you to take small ones ^^

We've been to several five guys, but I didn't like this so much this time. Neither in the food nor in the atmosphere. We were also a little disappointed with the price/value ratio.

Friendly staff. Very clean. Food was the usual high standard. Toilets were clean.
