Big thank you to Mel and Helen for being so lovely and helpful! The store manager (didn?t catch his name) also went the extra mile by suggesting I could get my tablet straight from the store instead of waiting for my online order. After a bad experience at the Westfield White City branch, this was a very good store experience. They?re a real credit to the company!

Very bad service. They don?t even talk to you nicely. If you ask a question they will reply like yeah i already told you. If you ask can you please look into something they goes like no sorry. Ok what about this no sorry can?t i already told you. Instead of finding any solution they try you to leave immediately.

I lost my phone and went here to have my number back. They could not do because I did not bring my ID, but they helped me to go a nice restaurant near for lunch and provided better option for my broadband! Friendly and nice!

Appointment and when I got there the lady there couldn?t be bothered to help out and said oh you need to do
That online. I showed her the message that said go into the store and she said ?oh it?s wrong.?very lazy, unresponsive and uncaring. Wish I could cancel my contract. Won?t renew again.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Aaliyah and Sadaf at the EE phone store today, and I cannot praise them enough for their outstanding customer service. From the moment I walked in, both of them were welcoming, friendly, and incredibly professional. They took the time to really listen to my needs and explained all the available options clearly and patiently, without any pressure or jargon.
Aaliyah?s attention to detail and product knowledge made the entire process smooth and reassuring, while Sadaf?s warm, approachable manner made me feel like a valued customer rather than just another transaction. Together, they created a relaxed yet efficient atmosphere that made my experience genuinely enjoyable.

Absolutely recommend this EE branch. Veronica and Red were very friendly and helpful and managed to help me with a problem that another branch and the website were not helpful for. Would definitely be back next time I require assistance!

Been a customer of EE for several years. Bought 2 £ 25 packages for the EU area. Arrived in Copenhagen to be told I must purchase another £10 to activate for each Scandinavian country. I was very disappointed and their call centre was useless.
Purchased a similar 30 day package for the whole of Europe for $7 from Ubigi. Could not have had better service from them. Last time I will visit a EE store.

I had a fantastic experience with Reda from EE customer service. Reda was professional, patient, and extremely helpful throughout our interaction. He took the time to listen to my issue, explained everything clearly, and made sure the problem was fully resolved before ending
What really stood out was Reda?s friendly attitude and genuine desire to help ? it made the whole experience stress-free and even enjoyable. Excellent customer service like this really sets EE apart.

The atmosphere at EE Oxford Circus was A++. Brian was the greatest salesman, he listened attentively and managed to bag me the greatest deal, making sure I was clear on all the details to my contracts! Sully was a great supervisor, guiding Brian along the way and ensuring I was well looked after!
