I wish I could give more than 5 stars, specifically because of how amazing Alan was, he was incredibly helpful, and was very accommodating for what I needed especially with how much he explained things to me (I have learning difficulties and can struggle with understanding information) Alan went above and beyond, even letting me know when he?d be in if I needed anymore help

The man who I spoke to at this EE shop was totally incompetent and misinformed. I needed to replace the battery of a Google Pixel 6A using Google's battery replacement scheme. He knew nothing about it and said EE never do battery replacement (which is just wrong). If you want a good service, go to EE in Aldgate east.

I had a very disappointing experience at the EE store on Tottenham Court Road. The staff were inattentive, rude, and clearly uninterested in helping customers. One of the employees, who appeared East Asian, actually walked away from me while I was speaking ? which was shockingly disrespectful. Their overall attitude was unprofessional and made me feel completely unwelcome. EE needs to seriously improve the customer service at this location

Rude unhelpful and patronising staff that make you feel guilty about questioning anything they say. Best deal with EE online. I went in with a positive feeling regarding EE and left with a negative one. No idea why shareholders pay for this

Worst staff ever. I was today to change my old EE sim card to a new one to acces 5G and the staff try to catch me on a contract because 5G working only on contract basis not at pay as you go. Sick quality of staff...trying to catch more and more people on a contract. I do not need a contract cause im happy with pay as u go!

Went to this EE store to change my name, exactly as EE customer care instructed on call. I went to this store and a staff (tall Black man) was using his phone without caring and then I approached to explain my case and he with zero greeting and immediately shut me down, saying ?you definitely need to call customer care, not come here.? I explained I?d already done that and was told to bring my documents to the store.
He asked me to call them because he was definitely sure according to him, Even when I called customer care again on speaker and they confirmed I was right, he still refused to acknowledge it. Instead of helping, he told me to put my phone away ? after telling me to call in the first place. He wasn?t just wrong ? he was arrogant, dismissive, and clearly more interested in asserting power than doing his job.
He even told his colleague, ?He thinks customer care has more power than us,? proving this wasn?t about policy ? it was about ego. Shameless, rude, and completely unfit to deal with customers.
I decided to go to another store. This man?s Karen-level behavior isn?t a one-off ? looking at the reviews, clearly I?m not the only one who?s had issues with him. SHOCKING

Popped in to move from an expiring phone contract to a SIM only deal with another phone. Jamal had me up and running within a few minutes and with a good deal. Very pleased I dropped in!

Was looked after by Sam, Jamal and team and as someone not particularly interested in phones, felt very looked after, coming away with a very positive experience. The team were patient, friendly and very informative. Explained all the options and answered every question allowing me to walk away feeling confident that I had the best deal possible for what I was looking for. Great team atmosphere, and very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for help. 10/10

I?ve experienced incredibly disappointing customer service. I was told my phone would be ready for collection the next day, but when I arrived, I wasn?t served because I didn?t have a physical ID?despite showing a photo of it on my phone and being assisted by the same person who served me the day before. I returned the following day, only to be told that the phone wasn?t there. On the third day, I tried calling for an update, but no one answered after over 30 minutes on the phone. This level of service is unacceptable and extremely frustrating.
