I have been having no data for the past week. When I call customer service they are unhelpful and they ask me to go to the store. I called costumer service three times. No help or support was offered. They said the issue is with my phone. Knowing that when I add another SIM my phone works. I came to the store and they asked me to call costumer service. I am not leaving this store until my problem is fixed. Did you also know that when you buy a sim card you need to activate it? Again I ahbe been mugged. I paid 65 pounds and I am not even using mu data. I am leaving you guys when the contract ends. Worst service ever. Staff infomerd that the costumer service closes at 8 pm, which is not true. It closes at 10;30. They were hanging around there, and no k e attend to my support . I said that i am frustrated and that I will be leaving EE and the girl replied back that's its alright. WORST SERVICE EVER

Alejandra was incredibly professional and exceptional in providing an excellent customer service.She was knowledgeable, friendly and proactive in ensuring that my all my complaints were resolved before I left the store.She?s a wonderful staff that should be rewarded.Thank you.

The attitude of the guy called jofi was awful so blunt and rude. Not at all helpful I know its retail and it sucks but we've all had to do it.

I just wanted to buy a usb cable, I pointed out the product, a very simple transaction. The member of staff told me to wait a minute, he finished to serve a costumer, walked trough a back door and disappeared for ever.After 10 minutes I tried with onether member of staff, same reply and after 3 minutes disappeared through the same door ignoring my eye contact.If this is the service provided for a simple usb cable purchase I can't imagine what would happen for more serious issue.That reflects badly on other EE outlets.

I walked in to get a replacement sim and I saw a man called Prince taking a video of an angry Arabian man he then got changed and ran after him. I felt threatened by the behaviour and that same man came over and introduced himself as the manager? What kind of manager are ee hiring?

Great service from Kheira - my phone had completely died and she saw me through transferring my data and choosing/setting up a new phone with attentiveness and care. Even though the process itself did take a while, we had a really nice chat and I felt very looked after :)

2 young lady's working there with no customers. Busy talking and laughing with each others. The lady was not really bothered to help me, she told me to call customer service to get my roaming problem solved. Pointless as there is no one on EE to talk to. This was a wasted trip. Kevin Bacon shame on you to advertise for such a lousy company.

I went into the store because I had an issue with the SD card. The person I saw seemed more keen on trying to persuade me to upgrade, etc. even though I told him I was not interested.

Would give 0 stars if I could.Went to get an esim manager said no and wouldn?t give it to me .Manager was very rude and kept trying to make me sit down. Staff members looked uncomfortable.female staff members looked upset. no one go here

Disgusting, absolutely appalling behaviour from management and their team, waiting for more than a week now to get a call and they don?t even care. Was tricked into signing a supposed upgrade and no offer was made. Asked them several times to resolve matters and nothing, absolutely shameful.

An employee of the salon named Qaiser refused to give me an order at 19:30, saying that it was already a lot of time and I should come the next day. I came on February 17, 2023.

I felt as if the branch doesn?t want to sell sim?s. I asked for 3 sim?s of pay as you go with a monthly package as per their website. They said sorry you need to order online, it?s different from the website vs stores! ?we have the same price but almost half the GB?s if you want?.

I went into this store having been mugged, with no phone and desperate for help. I was misled into signing a second contract, which I have now been paying for for 9 months. My business has 7 different phones on contracts with EE, and we believed that this extra number was to do with our emergency contact phone. We've only just discovered that we've been paying for 2 contracts for 9 months on the same phone.The only solution that EE wanted to offer me was taking on paying for the new contract instead which is far less favourable than my existing contract. I have had to pay to cancel the contract.They took utter advantage of a very upset and vulnerable woman, with no way of even calling her friends or family or the police at the time. I was not offered options such as paying outright for a device and keeping my existing number, which I would have done in a heart beat had this been clearly explained.I have never had an experienced like this previously and am disgusted
