This is one of my goto's restaurants in London. The food is amazing and trust me you will like anything you get. It is located in the heart of Chinatown. My favourite things to get are the crystal prawn dim sum and the pork xiao long bao. One of the food is made fresh in the restaurant right in front of you by the chefs. The food is cooked and brought out to you super quickly and there's a huge selection.

I came at the right time and no queues and not busy. Had to try their xiao log bao and pork siumai. The best! Will be back for more

Good place for dinner

Great food but shocking service. Mentions on the bottom of the menu of a discretionary service charge but when asking them to take it off, they refuse! Used to love going in here but sadly not anymore.

The food was good but nothing special. The service however was very poor. We were asked why it was ?so complicated to place the order? as we were a bit indecisive about what to order. Also, what added to the confusion was that the numbers in the menu and the numbers on the order sheet didn?t match, some didn?t even exist.
Furthermore, when came the time to pay the bill and choose the amount of the tip, the waiter was very intrusive and staring at what we were typing.
Overall, I would not recommend. You can find much better in the area.

The dumplings are very good. That said, we went to dinner at 5:50 p.m., we were told that the dumpling kitchen closed at 6:00 p.m., we ordered in a hurry, we ate dinner in a hurry, and what a surprise it was when we came out and saw that the kitchen was still wide open and folding tables for dinner service. In short, going at a bad time means that we don't enjoy it, although I admit that the dumplings were very delicious.

Correct, but not essential
We visited this restaurant after seeing it recommended by a Spanish YouTuber. We didn't have a reservation, but being two people there was no problem getting a table, since the place is quite large.
The menu is very extensive, with many options, which can be a little overwhelming if you are not familiar with this type of cuisine. We ordered the lacquered duck and an 8-piece Dim Sum plate. The food was okay, but nothing particularly memorable.
As for the prices, for being in the center of London, they are reasonable. I wouldn't say it's a "must-see" restaurant, but it could be an acceptable option if you're in the area and like this type of cuisine.

I always get dumplings here. They are freshly made and so good.

The food is good but the service is poor. Although its fast, its very clear they just want you to eat, pay and get out as quickly as possible. With tables crammed one next to the other, waiters who are unwelcoming, it?s just not worth the price you?re paying if customer service is poor.
