Delivery was not carried out by team on the original date. I was told by the team they would come back another day when they "arent so busy". I then spent 30m on customer service who told me they wont deliver to the apartment on the 6th floor by stairs because its against policy and health and safety. The Box is 50kg i carried it up the following wednesday between two people. I then opened the sofa to find out it is the wrong product, I ordered Tapue colour not Grey. This was confirmed on the phone with customer support. I was told if i were to change it I would have to carry the sofa all the way back down and then bring the other one back up. In good will customer support offered a free duvet and pillow set. Honestly this is extremely dissapointing regardless of the good-will and the whole process has been a disaster. I will not be using Dreams again, I will be publishing this review on Google and also informing my friends and family accordingly. Thanks.

Initial consultation in store was lovely and super efficient. But in reality they never followed through.I specifically asked to be shown a divan and mattress that was available for my move in date as a previous supplier had let me down. I would have likely chosen a more expensive product too but because we had time restrictions I went with a certain model.The day before delivery I called the store to check on timing and was told I would receive a time slot notification that evening. This morning, on the day of delivery, when I called the store I was informed that the delivery was pushed out by two weeks due to IT issues. I am now in my new property without a bed for two weeks and bar a partial refund there is ?nothing else they can do?. Really poor service.

Amazing service. We were looking for a new mattress and had the best experience ever. We tested into a sleeping machine to find the best fit and the professsional named Larry was incredibly helpful. Ended up getting not only the mattress, but the bed frame and pillows. Will come back soon for a Sofabed.

They make you try the pillow and the mattress, telling you that for any problem there is a guarantee and only after you pay they tell you the reason why you try our products is that once paid they cannot be returned. I felt cheated. in my opinion they should warn before payment that for any problem you cannot change the product.

Staff was very friendly, they noticed us, and they asked if we needed any help. We did lie down on almost all the beds. We were about to make a decision when Larry came and helped us. He explained the differences between the two we liked.He did bring pillows , so we could try the mattresses with pillows too. Larry was very helpful and kind. He even offered us drinks.He gave us such a nice pillows, we bought those too.We are very happy!!Thank you Larry!

unbelievably bad service. Be very careful. I purchased 3 expensive beds and mattresses- spent over 5 grand. they never completed the build of the beds and now have been waiting for them to resolve it for 2 months. Would never purchase from them again.
