“Excellent expert, thoroughly professional. Lovely staff and every step of the eye procedure I had was explained clearly. So from needing varifocals and the beginning of cataracts, I can see clearly long and short distance. No more glasses for reading and grateful not to have gone down the varifocals route as I was sure living in London and in my seventies I would end up toppling down escalators.
The whole procedure was very straightforward and I am delighted with the result.”

“I am very happy with online process and outcome for this service. It was clear and detailed and reasonably easy to use for non technical person like me. The only difficulty was taking the pictures and setting it up in sequence quickly enough for time allowed. I had to get my husband to help with that part and we had to practice multiple times but got there in the end. It isn’t too difficult to use but I found the timing allowed not enough, but that’s a reflection of my poor technical and hand eye skills, not the system. I would say use lots of practice time before going live. Once we conquered that everything was smooth and very efficient including delivery of medication. I would certainly recommend as I feel the reputation and accessibility is excellent and I would always use well known brand rather than company I know very little about. I wii happily continue to use this service.”
