Today was my 4th visit in 9-10 days for various reasons - shipping, printing and general DHL questions. The only friendly & helpful team member at this shop is the Spanish woman and a young man. Every one else is lazy, unfriendly and wants to do as least work as possible. There is another DHL service point located in West zone Food Fayre. In the future I will be visiting that location and hope that they can help me with my shipping needs. I don?t want to deal with lazy and unhelpful staff at the Hanover St. location.

I love that there's DHL drop off service nearby. Sales lady there did that extra mile (when DHL system was down) by confirming later the despatch of my envelope. Very efficient. Thank you
