The happy and always smiling receptionists - Bianca & Martin are polite, friendly, and maintain a professional demeanour while interacting with patients, colleagues, and other visitors.They always make me feel at ease as I am not a huge fan of Dentist!They both have exceptional verbal and written communication skills. They listen attentively to patients' needs, provide clear instructions, and be able to effectively convey information about the dental practice and its services.Their world-class dental receptionists, always greeting patients with a warm and friendly manner, making everyone feel comfortable and welcome!Their dental knowledge is immense to have an understanding of dental procedures and terminology as receptionists this helps patient questions, schedule appropriate appointments.Best Front of House team in Marylebone!!!

I saw DR Avan Mohammed, the Orthodontist for my Invisalign treatment at Bupa Devonshire Place because I could not see her at my usual practice. She was very helpful and accommodating. She explained the whole process clearly and was very thorough. I am over 3 months into my treatment and I can already see a difference in my teeth and my friends are noticing it too! Seeing DR Mohammed was the best decision I?d taken in a long time. I must add the instalments payments allowed me to start straightening my teeth when I would not have been able to do it otherwise. I would highly recommend seeing her. Five Star Service!

Dr Iona Shanks has been my dentist for almost 20 years during which time she has provided remarkable levels of skill and comprehensive expertise. I have always felt fully informed in any treatment choice, and all the dental work carried out by Dr Shanks has been done to a consistent standard of excellence. She has also treated all the other members of my family with the same impeccable skill and consideration. Moreover, her clinical manner has always been extremely calm and approachable - the kind of professionalism that creates a real sense of trust and ease. I recommend her unreservedly.

I have been going here for years to see Dr Iona Shanks. Always very professional, very experienced, and of course diligent. My family also goes here after my recommendation. There are also hygienists to visit and can recommend Emma Christensen. Reception staff also very helpful. Would highly recommend for your dental needs.

Dr. Nadia and her nurse Adina did an excellent job on my difficult filling and whitening. I experienced very little pain thanks to Nadia's light hands. The treatment was of high quality. The clinic has an excellent team and all are friendly and also very professional. I definitely recommend the clinic. Thanks to all the staff there.
