Terrible experience here!!!! They did not allow my sister into the movie because she wasn?t of age, even though she was just weeks away from turning the age requirement!! Second, they called security on us because they felt ?threatened? over us, we did not say or do anything that could possible harm them, there was absolutely no reason for security to come. Furthermore, I have had friends who were not of age come see 18+ films multiple times and never get checked for their age! So how come they all of a sudden care? If you really care that much about age ratings they would check at every film! Even the security guards thought the situation was ridiculous! Never coming here again, and thank you for ruining a family night! We REALLY appreciate it!

I can?t believe I was asked to leave when I was sitting in the cafe area, having a pain au chocolate quickly for my lunch, before going to watch the movie in the auditorium in a few minutes. I love Curzon. I love movies. I am a cult member. I have been to many other better theaters and cinemas, and sometimes I was having a bread and coffee as my lunch or dinner when I was sitting in a table where you can order food or drinks from them. I was never told off by anyone because I was not having food or drinks from there. Firstly, I was there to get ready for watching a movie or play, which is the main purpose. I wouldn?t randomly go to a restaurant and have a meal prepared by myself. Secondly, customers are not buying the drinks or food you are offering, because they don?t like the food or drinks you are selling. I was forced to leave and I went to the auditorium to try to have my lunch but the auditorium was smelly. It was so cruel that you don?t let a customer sitting in a table for just a few minutes to let them have their lunch before watching the movie. I was so disappointed about this.

Great cinema with nice sized screens. Good cafe and staff. Right in the heart of Soho. You can try and remember what it was like when the whole film, acting and commercial world was rushing around here with cans of film, U-Matic tapes and scripts. Was a great place .still a great cinema.

We really enjoyed the preview screening of The Blue Road: The Edna O'Brien Story last night.
Had an issue at the venue, and the management were very supportive and responsive in resolving it. Recommended.

I am a long term member of Curzon and went today to see The Last Showgirl film and Q&A which was good. I prefer the other Curzon?s they are calmer and more refined. This venue came across as too ?Art House? with a much younger London vibe than Victoria of Mayfair. I found the darkness of trying to get to my seat uncomfortable although the staff did offer to help. Way too busy for me.

Was genuinely having a good time enjoying lunch until we ordered a second round of food, heard staff confirming the order with the kitchen through their radios with the chef or kitchen team replying with a ?yes, unfortunately.? Really ruined our experience and gave us a major ick. Staff are also dry, unwelcoming. Extremely disappointed.
